Hey there! (: Welcome!
Hi! Thanks!
What inspired you to start writing? Or were you "born" a writer?
Well, I've always loved coming up with stories when I was really little. I
guess some day I just started writing them down, and I've loved writing since.
So I guess I was "born" a writer.

haha
ha
I sucked at writing when i was younger
and my stories sucked too
but I still kept doing it because i was a loser
so I don't really know if failing at writing so hard in the beginning is really a 'born writer'
haha
the answer shall remain unknown
Do you find it easier to write stories around existing characters? Or is it easier just to make new ones?
i just fart and decide what to do according to the smell

I don't think you could say I was "born a writer" but I wasn't really inspired by anything else either ? I don't know, this answer is a sort of vague one because I've been writing since I can remember, but I know I did it for a purpose. Honestly, I think it's because I've always wanted to be famous. When I was little I wanted to become a famous singer- then I realized I can't sing. Then I wanted to be an actress - but I'm too shy. So I think the younger me thought "Maybe if I write books, I'll be famous that way!" and it just stuck. So - I wasn't born a writer, but I was born a little girl who just wanted to be famous, so perused that dream by writing awful stories.

I think it's easier just to make new ones. I'm a person who doesn't like change, but I also hate to use the same thing over and over. With characters, I find it kind of boring to use the same character over and over. I like to make new ones, and really find more and more into their personality with every new story.

I mean, seeing as I "writing" (scribbling incoherent lines on a page) stories since I could hold a crayon, I guess I was "born" a writer. I wrote my first "book" in first grade and the it was in the classroom for a while. Kids actually read it! (why I will never know...as six year olds, I guess crappy pictures and terrible sentences don't matter XD)
"You wanna make yourself useful?"
"Not particularly."

ahh so I've started to make little bits and pieces for a character I want to start writing with, and it's coming along nicely. I have lots of the drama of a story and all of the random parts that are just fitted in for mystery, but nothing along the main story line. yeah.. that's a problem.
I want some super powers or something but that's so cliche with the whole "teens with powers" thing. so I'm just sitting here with a blank mind trying to think of something where I could fit in all of my little ideas along with a good story.
