But we don't know about her history until her first day of training,someone may have slipped her a few tips for her first day,maybe an elder while they watched her trying to catch some bugs for fun

I'm glad that horse went over so well.

Nothing is completely canon with Rookpaw just yet, except that she was the only kit in her litter (why is up to you to decide) and that her father is unknown. Her mother will show up eventually, though.

Why not decide it as a group why she is the only kit? (possibly throw in why her father is not there)

Maybe three were born and 2 died of greencough and the father could not deal with the grief of loosing his children and the greencough he was fighting took him do to his weakened state ?

Honestly, I was hoping for the queens, since there are a few characters there that would feed in a little to Rookpaw's life in the nursery, but elders are pretty darn fun to write about, so I got over it.
