Hi journal! Today's Thanksgiving! I give thanks for my brothers and my sister and my parents and my friends and I think maybe my teachers, and for the people who made this house and the people who sold it to us and I'm going way off topic now! Anyway, back on track. Apparently, in this neighborhood its a tradition to have what's called a "progressive dinner" on Thanksgiving and Christmas. That means that on each year the parents decide on one street, and then the people from different streets come and eat at the street chosen. Oh yeah, and in each house they have a different course of the meal. And this year they chose our street! Since our house is the last, we get to serve the final dessert. Anyway, my mom has been stressing about all the little details, and screams at Cooper for leaving his sweaty soccer shirt in the middle of the living room floor. It made me happy that she wasn't treating him like little, cute angel. So anyway, Rachel and Sapphy decided they wanted to help, so we've been cleaning around and all that. They could do that because they aren't in the same street as Paw and I, but they live in one close to our's. Whatever. But, according to Rachel and Sapphy, Chase also lives in this neighborhood. And I know Jake also live here because of the time we were playing Zombie Hunt. Just what I needed. To have a liar and the guy the liar lied about in the same house as ME! Oh, whatever. Wait a sec. Sapphy is screaming. Oh, that's just wonderful. Just wait until mom see's Cooper shoving a cup full of worms into Sapphy's face. Oh boy. Rachel has him in a headlock now. Gotta go!

UGH!!!! I AM SO NOT GIVING THANKS FOR COOPER RIGHT NOW!!!!! My mom spent the whole day getting everything ready, as I already told you. So anyway, we are finally eating dessert, and all of my friends are here, blah blah blah. So as it turns, Chase is the last to leave and we're just talking idly, blah blah blah blah. But then all of sudden his lips are against mine mine! I raised my paw to slap him, but then I stopped. Even though I slightly hated him, he was a surprisingly good kisser. So anyway, my eyes are starting to close, but then a flash made me open them wide open and pull away from Chase. And then, I heard the devil's laughter. Aka, Cooper's. And he goes like, "Wait 'till I show this to JAKE!" Which, of course explains to me WHY my dairy was open and slung across the top of my three-shelf book case yesterday! Anyway, I'm like, "COOPER!!!! GIVE ME THAT CAMERA!!!!" And he says, "Sure," and he takes out the memory card and tosses the camera at me. Then he runs away with his little devil laugh, while I'm slumped over feeling my world end. Then Chase says something like, "Oh no. Oh gosh no," and then he kneels next to me and says, "I'm so sorry. I... I didn't think first. I'm SO sorry." Which of course made me ABSOLUTELY angry! I mean, my world, never mind my dance date, was totally DEAD and it was all thanks to him! So, I said, "Well its too late now, isn't it? I hate you!" Then, I went running upstairs, I locked my door, and sobbed my heart out! Its like, a lot later now, and I FINALLY stopped crying. Anyway, now that I think about it... Cooper takes up any opportunity to blackmail me. So, I'm going to the rat king and see what he wants. Wish me luck journal.

Well journal, the little, annoying, soccer playing rat devil seems to have let me off easy. "A week of free, complaint free service. Or ELSE." But, of course, I've already got a plan. I think of everything, remember? Cooper sleeps like rock. All I need for my plan are gloves, maple syrup,and a deep knowledge of my brothers room. Which is why I told him I'd start early and clean up his room (which was a mess) before he went to bed. Of course, the lazy little kid said, "Sure!" and went bouncing downstairs. Which is how I found out there is a loose board in his floor. I managed to get it open, and the memory card was there! Thank goodness, it doesn't creak, which means I can get it later. It's better if I leave it there in case Cooper gets suspicious about this. Anyway, his room is now spotless. Too bad I'm going to execute most of my plan there. So anyway, I'll write as soon as he's asleep and I've finished my mission.


OMG! I can't believe it worked! I sneaked into his room and got the memory card. That was easy. Then I took the gloves and smeared them completely with maple syrup. I dropped them next to his bed. I poured some syrup over his pillow, and actually managed to smear some on his snout and even his ears! Basically his entire face was covered by it, and he didn't wake up! Then I dripped some droplets from the kitchen all the way to his room. Then, I went and left one of our pots of syrup open (the brand we buy comes in pots, not bottles). Then, I cleaned myself up to make sure none of it had gotten in my ears or paws, and now I'm writing in you! Mom will think he went downstairs and stuck his little grubby paws into our syrup (hence the gloves), and then wasn't smart enough to clean up. And if he argues too much, or says something that makes sense, I'll say he might sleep walk, which might make mom (her being extremely protective of our well being) make Cooper go through a bunch of painfully medical test! Anyway, goodnight!

(P.S. Now I can go back to using him as my personal chair! AND I can now use his ears as chew toys!)
