It's still worth a try, though!

Where is the helm and the hauberk, and the bright hair flowing?
Where is the harp on the harpstring, and the red fire glowing?
Where is the spring and the harvest and the tall corn growing?
They have passed like rain on the mountain, like a wind in the meadow;
The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow.
Who shall gather the smoke of the deadwood burning,
Or behold the flowing years from the Sea returning?

If we aren't careful, this is going to get a lot like the OTHER thread.

I think we should keep it strictly feedback so we don't clutter it up.

Count me in too. If we want to keep discussing this, we can create a temporary thread for this purpose.

Thanks guys! I'm actually writing this based on a series of dreams I had. Everything you just read happened in my dream. I remember now some parts that did make "my" realization more gradual. Hope you like the stuff I post next

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A flame from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king
In the Garden of Paradise,
beneath the Tree of Knowledge,
bloomed a rose bush.
Here, in the first rose,
a bird was born.
His flight was like the flashing of light,
his plumage was beauteous,
and his song ravishing.
