If not, here is my form:

Username: Eclipse At Heart (Either call me Eclipse or Echo)
How long have you been role-playing?: At least 5 years. But I have gotten trapped in dead end plots for the longest of time. It started with warrior cat role plays, but I got bored with those and have moved on to human/shape-shifters.
Favourite type of RP: Fantasy and romance (I like to role play yaoi, so that makes almost all my characters boys and a bit girlish).
Timezone: Denver Mountain Time.
Do you agree to not take the criticism personally and do as your mentor says?: Yes, in fact I want criticism!
What level of role-playing do you consider yourself?: I can say advanced, but that might not be true. Really I don't know.
But here is an example of one of my best posts (from this past week):

How long had he been lying here? Raiden couldn't tell, he felt the suns harsh heat on his back and was pretty sure that he had a mouth full of dirt, his head throbbed and his body ached. He wasn't sure of why he was in so much pain, wouldn't lying here cause no pain? he kept on trying to think of how he had come to lay here, but no thoughts came. All he remembered was that his name was Raiden, he was a boy, and he was a human, but he didn't remember where he was born, nor if he was even was born.

He groaned slightly when he heard footsteps coming up to him, he had been lying face down with his eyes closed up until now. He knew he felt caked dirt on his forehead, unsure if it was blood causing it. But either way he tried to slowly see who had come, hoping it wouldn't try to eat him.

One of my worst:

This being that I'm in a one-on-one with a dead plot and nothing happening. -.-
I have also been suffering from writers block, for I do enjoying writing stories, but I found lack of plots in role plays and those I am role playing with do not post more than a one liner. I can not for any reason role play a girl, they end up lacking in almost everything - only a select few of my characters survive as being girls - but I am somewhat good at role playing boys.

Are there any certain times you cannot be on?: Yes, during the morning, I get on after 3:00 pm and stay on until about 5:00 pm.

(yes, I did edit this after looking back on the other forms, I thought it would be best to add more info about myself than leaving it as only a few sentences)

I dont really mind, as long as if we do humans that it has a fantasy or semi-fanatsy world/plot.
