Need an Editor for your Story? V.2 [remake!]

Hiya!
I'm looking for an editor to help me with a story I'm currently writing. As you may be able to tell by my profile picture, I am a huge animal (especially horse) fan, and therefore they are included in this story. I have the problem that after I've come up with an idea, I kind of "die" and don't really finish it. If I do get it finished, I feel like the start is good but then the story just turns plain, if this makes sense. Therefore, I'd like an editor who understands what I mean and can help me "freshen" my story up a bit and help me continue it.
