Tbh I think their main goal was to just get clan members, they were not going to be picky for a dying clan

It's true, I also liked the concept of daylight warriors. It added some interesting conflict between the regular SkyClan cats and the kittypets, though I have to agree with Comettail's idea. Maybe after SkyClan gets more warriors and becomes a little bigger and stabler, the kittypets would probably have a moon at least to decide whether or not to join the Clan for good.

I find it hard to think a kittypet would be able to able to fully commit to Clan traditions if they return home every night, though. I don't remember if they addressed this in the book, but it doesn't seem to be a very fair arrangement come winter. How will it ever be fair in leaf-bare if the kittypets are always constantly well-fed by their owners when in the wild, the prey ceases running and the full-time Clan cats starve? :P

I totally forgot about the kittypet thing. I have not read skyclan's destiny in forever. With myself remembering that, I totally agree with you guys

AND THEY HAVE TO TAKE A WARRIOR NAME! Was I the only one who wanted to strangle Millie and Daisy because they were like "changing my name won't change anything" Then, again, that's just one more tradition to throw out the window...

Not really. I wasn't a fan of their choices to do so, but I wasn't gonna strangle them for it.

Especially not Millie, due to bias reasons. Before I could read books as large as ones from the main series of Warrior Cats, I saw these books with cats that I wanted to read, and decided to go for the graphic novels. I happened to pick out the first book from the Graystripe Arc, where Millie is a main character. That caused me to love Millie, and be especially glad Bramblestar's Storm fixed the things the Erins had Millie do in OOtS for the sake of the plot.

Okay, maybe I exaggerated with the 'strangling' part, xD. More like a good slap across face for the Hunters' if I was bold enough. Likely just a reprimand. I never really liked Millie, just because I didn't think she was developed or focused on as much. When I was nine or so I was obsessed with Silverstream, so you can imagine how I'd have some bitter feelings towards Graystripe's new mate, xD.

I love how everyone is asking the vital question of "whose neck is being snapped" and I here like 'LOL UR NAME IS STAR? WHAT."

I think a strange name isn't as important as someone getting killed

Yeah. Especially if they mean Asterpaw, and this is the battle tutorial.

That's what I think too. I bet it will be the red one we have to fight, or The Collars. Aren't those the kittypeg gang?
