Hello! Not sure if I've ever posted on this thread, but I'll try and stick around to contribute to story ideas. I've got nothing for chapter two; I'll have to read up on what this is about.

EDIT: we need worldbuilding! And planning! I love outlining and such, so maybe I could help with that. So we've got an evil, controlling city that wants to keep all the people within it and brainwash them, then some rebellious outsider town that steals away children to save them. From Sparrow's first chapter, I'm getting a modern, medium-sized town/suburb vibe; not sure if this is accurate or if it should be changed. Here is a nice form that we might be able to fill out with some more info about the town. I have to get to bed, but we have a couple pressing questions at the moment:

ALSO: since we, as the Lazy Writers, are more than a bit unproductive, and a lot of us are quite busy, should we have try and make this a shorter story?

Okay, I figured i would fill out a form with what i think and then we can share and see what we like.. or whatever (since im lazy i didnt reread anything and am going off of what i remember)

-Why does the city want to control/brainwash its residents? I can't really think of any good motives that would work
-How does the city control/brainwash its residents? Words, histories, and other propaganda, forcing them to live their lives believing the brainwash
-How do the rebellious people know the city is doing this?They live in the lies and know the false truth and therefore can tell that it is lies
-How do the rebellious people rescue children from the evil city?Kidnapping/people disappear/so still kidnapping/consented kidnapping
-Who is in charge of the evil city; who is in charge of the rebellious rescuers?the hero;the old friend of the hero/villain (not sure)
-Where do the rebellious people live and how does their society function? outskirts, where the criminals are thrown, the bad place;;;they are led by the villain and full of rescued people, not sure what happens to criminals.... or whatever
-How was the evil city formed and what major events led up to it? we can develop this as we go on (tehnically its supposed to be the good city, people just dont know what goes on behind the scenes i think)
