If I have no wi-fi or don't know any old names, I look around and take some things I see and take their names. So like Grass could be Grasslyn or a nickname or a caterpillar could be Caty or something

Well, rose; , I think to find the name you're looking for you just have to be patient. Maybe read some thick, old books. I'm sure you'll find an interesting word in there somewhere. Meanwhile, I'll sleep on it, see if I stumble across something. :3

I was just playing a viola, so I guess you can name your character "Viola"
and then there's "Violet", I suppose.

For the names, I thought of Toga. Well known, yet not as a name. I once named a character Milk because everything seemed to fit with it.

you could do it the Spanish/Mexican way ... and spell it out "Hero" but actually pronounce it "Eh-row" [kinda like arrow, I guess], since they leave the "h" silent in most cases. trololololol.

Well because it is more 'apcolypsy' I wouldn't use long names. To me apocolypse is more like short names like Dare or Soda or Coral. Stuff like that, nothing like Anabella or Stacy-Anne. If you get my drift ^^
