Roll says... 4: Didn't see her today.
"I haven't seen her today." You noncommittally stretch out, playing casual. Cinderpaw glares at you, but you hold your ground. "I was out early because Divercloud was calling me. I only saw a few warriors out before I went to the medicine den."
She continues to glare at you, saying, "Well, you're useless. Shouldn't you be training right now?"
"Shouldn't you be cleaning dens out?" Applefoot is back, a small dark brown molly in tow. Despite the fact that Cinderpaw is taller than her and clearly angry, your mentor doesn't even look her way, just flicks her ear like she's nothing more than an annoying fly buzzing around her head. "I brought her, Rookpaw."
You greet Batstream with a tail-wave. Cinderpaw doesn't bother, instead just stalking off towards the river, tail whipping around. She tries to bump into Applefoot, but Applefoot makes a small step to the left and stays out of her reach.
Stars, you hate Cinderpaw. Almost about as much as you fear her.
Littleflower describes her as "troubled". Fogpaw has much more colorful and accurate terms for her. Objectively, she's a bully, who constantly picks on and beats up younger apprentices and kits - you remember having to scurry and hide behind Littleflower when Cinderpaw would walk in. She's been banned from the nursery entirely, and is close to being kept away from the elder's den as well. Any argument with her will result in a fight - she's actually given a few warriors scars over something as trivial as moss placement. She doesn't hunt, or patrol, or do anything useful - she's constantly on den duty because she just keeps doing things against the code, and no lessons or punishments seem to stick with her.
Everyone in the Clan can agree that she's more trouble than she's worth. The only reason she hasn't been kicked out yet, so you've heard, is that she's technically still too young to make it on her own, and once she becomes a warrior, Birchstar may consider exiling her (but you're certain that Eveningtail will be the one making that decision). She may not have earned her warrior name, but she's almost old enough to be one. You figure that she'll be given her name as soon as possible, and then kicked out.
Hopefully.
You stand up and stretch again, yawning. You have better things to think about than badger-sized annoyances right now.
"How's your first day been so far, sweetheart?" Batstream says cheerfully.
Tell her about everything.
Talk about everything but the patrol.
Give a quick summary of what you saw.
Give a brief answer.
