In my opinion, I think there should be a separate spot for the diaries, for the very reason of there being so many.

I was actually thinking that too, but something tells me they won't do that.

I've always kinda wondered what Tess thinks about this tidal wave of diaries appearing

and them ièm like
"OMG I SHULD DO ONE SUCH GOOD IDEA OMGOGMGMOGMG!!!!111!1"
It was really fun
and now it's not anymore :C

Yeah, I've seen some where the writer doesn't really have a plot in them, and others with great potential but no effort. I don't mind if people have different dairies, since writing for a certain plot can get boring and then writers block and eisvnsg D:
I just wished people planned out their dairies before starting them and put effort into their post |D

Also, I don't post here a lot since I haven't caught up on most of the other dairies yet [Strange Diary, Potato, Piefan's ones] But do people prefer reading 1st person point of view dairies over a mix of 1st and 3rd? ovo

Like, I can't remember any conversation I've had in like the past day, but these guys remember actions too ouo
I'm just curious, since I think the mix brings more character views and makes longer entries, but they take a long time to write as well |D

I honestly find it easier to write 3rd person than anything else. ouo Narratives (shush don't question my misuse of the word), in stark contrast to diary entries, can show you everything you want to see. Especially when writing in the POV of someone whose writing style is incredibly straightforward.

All I have in way of narrative from my diaries, though, are snippets of 3rd-person stuff featuring Apollo as he reads his mother's diary. I ought to try out more of it from now on...

And I can actually remember most of the stuff that happened today, lol. Mother was complaining, I was mocked for my name, blah blah blah.

(Also, this is generally the trash I come up with when trying to do on-the-spot prose:
Bright eyes stared from the bushes, and Althea flapped her wings subconsciously, stepping back in alarm. Staying perfectly still - not even daring to breathe - she watched as a thing emerged, its steps deliberate as it advanced towards her.
AND THAT TOOK ME TWENTY MINUTES.)

I agree with your comment on the previous page (sorry for suddenly bringing that up again. I'm awkward.) People sometimes start diaries cause they're cool or they're "the thing" now, but the number one reason you should start a diary is because you are willing to write. Even if everyone hates it or nobody comments, if you are still willing to continue your diary, you are a hard core committed author. (But that doesn't mean you cant take breaks. ;)
Also, I love your Log!

And regarding romance in my diary (here I go again bringing stuff up from a few pages ago) I have a bit, but not that much. I'm stuck in the middle of a confusing relationship irl (The "does he like me back?" and "We talked at lunch maybe we have something special" type of thing) but I dump that into a different story of mine. *Struggles to make the Cream Puff as un-cliche as possible*
