@Doglady88722 - I definitely get a "party girl" vibe based purely off design, though she could also go the complete opposite direction like Wileyfangs suggests. Maybe something you could try would be taking a base personality you kind of like (extrovert, party-lover, hyper, etc.) then add something typically not seen with that personality type to give her a more "real" and unique feel? Maybe she loves being around people, but is too shy to act on her social whims. Maybe she's super extroverted most of the time, but needs a full day to herself every now and then where she's a massive antisocial grump. Just something to make things a bit less stereotypical can really help make a character seem more alive, and help with building a personality you like.
