And for me and romance.

UGH WHERE TO START.

Very first one I remember is a warriors rp where I played a She-cat named Meadowflame (I know) and her mate Howlingwind (IKNNNNOW) They grew up together as kits, slowly falling in love. THEN shortly after they decided to be mates, someone came into the rp, made a form and stared crushing on Howlingwind (Who was the deputy, surprised she would crush on him?) Meadowflame blatantly said he was her mate and called me jelly because her character was better and then rped curling up against Howlingwind and licking his cheek and smirking at my character.

SOOOO. Howlingwind basically was like 'ew no' and pushed her away and she got mad and was like,but you love me not her. She made me so mad with her constant ooc complaining and I kicked her)

(Also, anyone been deputy or leader and suddenly become swarmed with she-cats/toms? I have ._. )

I really dislike those types of people...they're the equivalent of those girls in school who are always dragging their boyfriend whilst saying "You're mine and only mine" or the ones in the movies who take your boyfriend or girlfriend and they always say "You love me more that she/he does"

I have three mains- well really two since I don't play the girl to much. Fangfeather (Acraii im sorry) and Crimsonfox (IMSORRY) and despite Fangfeather being a medicine cat they both really haaate romance. Crimsonfox is scared of most she-cats XD

Uhhh another one is in another warriors rp, I was not part of it but I watch it slowly implode. It was a cat, Skullpaw who was b-b-b-b-bad to that bone (HA) and even though he was very violent to everyone, Cats SWARMED HIM LIKE HE WAS A SATCHEL OF CATNIP

Juniperface; "You'll have to be very patient,nephew...very,very patient...Like how I had to be patient when she-cats would swarm around me and ask me to be their mate"
Mothstripe; "I just wanted to be friends with him!"


Then starts Juniperface's tales of the various she-cats he considered to become his mate {Mothstripe; Juniperface stop...Juniperface..."

I think all of the cats wanted to have some battle scars that they could show off to she-cats to impress them

These are excellent stories and hilarious names. There was one RP I was in (Altias can tell you a few weird ship stories as well, since she was there), where my cat had an apprentice who was generally unpleasant - of course, my cat was extremely sunny and willing to give him a chance, so it was a perfect match. However, at one point the apprentice fought with a young warrior molly and the leader was scolding them both, and they suddenly go from "this brat started it" to "im sorry it was all my fault" and then the apprentice licked her cheek in a romantic gesture.

Of course, the two muns were giggling and proud of themselves and the rest of us were like "I beg your pardon, WHAT".

If that would happen between my sister and I in real life{except I would hug her instead} my parents would be worried about us

I'm not going to lie, I like romance(not like the examples of course lol because its a big part of my life honestly and I do best when things are a least a little close to me. You know, female, older apprentice/young warrior age x)

I will put forward that romance is not inherently bad (and if one does enjoy it, by all means), but I'm of the sort who's fairly (read: extremely) detached from relationships and the like, so I've never had the patience for it unless it serves to help the plot (Pocahontas, for example, falls for a white dude and that ends up screwing a lot of people over).
