(Last moon)
Dark Moon awoke with a start. These visits to his ancestors took a toll on his strength, but it was worth it. Seeing the first rays of sunlight hitting the camp, the black tom stretched his limbs and leapt down from the Star Rock. He was sure his request would be granted by the end of the day, of course. His ancestors would never f-

"Lyrasong?!"

Dark Moon's thoughts were interrupted by Misty's shocked shout. Ears perked, eyes alert, the black tom rushed toward the sound. Misty was standing at the camp entrance, eyes wide with shock as she stared at the other cat, a tortoiseshell. The she-cat looked equally shocked as she exclaimed, "Arnicastream?" Dark Moon took this time to announce himself, coughing politely to give away his presence. The two she-cats turned, startled; Misty recovered quickly and meowed, "Ah yes, Lyrasong. This is Dark Moon, leader of OwlClan." The black-furred leader of OwlClan dipped his head in greeting and meowed, "Welcome to OwlClan. I assume you are the cat StarClan has sent us." The tortoiseshell she-cat meowed, nodding, "Yes. StarClan came to me last night, urging me to this camp. They told me my days as a Clan cat weren't over, and that my daughter was here, alive and well." Misty explained, seeing Dark Moon confused, "I was Clanmates with Lyrasong, back in RavenClan. I also know where her daughter is." The pale gray tabby she-cat then excused herself and dashed to the softpaws' den, and disappeared into the den.

A few moments later, Misty reemerged, followed by a wide-eyed Butterfly. Upon spotting Lyrasong, the tortoiseshell softpaw exclaimed joyfully,

"Mom!"

Lyrasong rushed over to her daughter and licked her all over in relief, whispering, "Maplepaw..." Butterfly mewed, "Mom, it's Butterfly now, short for Butterfly's Flight. They have a whole new naming system here." Misty smiled apologetically, admitting, "Yes. I'm Misty Lake now, Misty for short."

Dark Moon cleared his throat and meowed formally, "Again, welcome to OwlClan. We will get you settled, then worry about names and whatnot. Would this be all right with you?" Lyrasong looked grateful as she replied, dipping her head, "Thank you, Dark Moon." The former RavenClan warrior wrapped her tail firmly around her daughter's body once before letting go. Butterfly excused herself to prepare for the morning patrol, along with Misty. Dark Moon was left to show the new member of OwlClan to the sharpclaws' den.

(This moon)
<no muse, basically Lyrasong got renamed to Morning Light, and is adjusting to OwlClan life.>

(Note to mod: These two former GraveClan cats can be found anytime~ (readopts))
