If they could write a letter to their past self, what would it say:
A letter to myself,

I know that you used to write a letter to the future you when you were sad. When you felt hopeless and unworthy. I couldn’t just let those letters go unreturned, can I? So here’s a letter from future me to you.

I hope that you soon learn how to laugh without fear of being judged. I hope that soon enough you’ll look at your own reflection and enjoy what you see. Life’s too short to be in pain all the time. Don’t take the words from others too seriously, and don’t fall in love too hard. Don’t place your happiness in their hands; take control of your own life. Work hard, and don’t let anyone or anything get in the way of your success. Have confidence in yourself.

Workshop Three - Day One Exercise

Has your kalon ever met their grandparents? If so, what do they think of them? Aria has visited her grandparents a couple of times on visits to China with her parents. Although her parents' relationship with her grandparents isn't the best, Aria really likes both her grandparents on both her mom's side & her dad's.
What is your kalon's relationship with their parents? Aria's always had problems with her mom more than anything else, but it's been improving over time.
Do they have any siblings? Are they blood related or adopted? Nope, she's the only child!
Does your kalon have children? Do they/did they ever want to have kits? Aria does not have any children. She wishes to take care of a child of her own in the future when she believes she is ready enough.
Which family member is your kalon closest to? Why? Aria is closest to her mom & dad. Being the only child, the only support she had from her family was from her parents. Aria makes sure to call them every day while attending college.
Is there a family member your kalon wishes they could know better? Who is it? She wishes she could know her blood related cousins more, but since they live in China she finds it quite hard to find time to communicate with them.

Who is your kalon's enemy/least favorite person? How did they come to feel this way about them?

Jeremiah heavily dislikes Jackson. Possibly because he's his best friend's boyfriend, or maybe because Jackson is just too smart & talented at everything. Who knows? The only thing everyone knows for sure is that Jeremy is jealous, extremely jealous. Jeremiah envies his talent at sports, his natural ability to attract anyone without even trying, & his intelligence.

Besides their best friend, who else is your kalon friends with? Ah Yu is more of a "mutual" friend of hers since they're not really that close. (Which means Aria probably wouldn't spill her darkest secrets to him) Despite this, they still spend lots of time together at coffee shops & occasionally at Ah Yu's modeling agency.
What qualities does your kalon look for in a friend? Aria likes friends who are confident & open towards her since she is rather confident & loud. She likes people who possess the same qualities as her.
What qualities does your kalon dislike in a friend? Aria dislikes friends who are too negative. Being the emotional & optimistic girl she is, it is easy to taint her happiness with continuous negativity. She hates being put down by her friends.
Would they risk their life to save a friend? A stranger? Aria wouldn't risk her life to save a friend or a stranger. She would if she had the guts, but she lacks the guts & bravery to put her life on the line.
Is it easy or hard to earn their trust? Why? Due to several negative experiences with ex-friends, it's hard to earn her trust. Although, it's hard to tell whether Aria trusts you or not. She's a sly & secretive person, & is very careful of her tracks.
