I met some new people today.

I was in my room when the first one came. It turns out, they had walked to my house. They rang the doorbell way too many times.
DING DONG!
Me: NO, I DON'T WANT ANY GIRL SCOUT COOKIES!
DING DONG!
DING DONG!
DING DONG!
Me: DID YOU HEAR ME?!
DING DONG! DING DONG! DING DONG!
DING DONG! DING DONG! DING DONG!
DING DONG! DING DONG! DING DONG!
Me: Ugh. I'm comming to the door now, so you can stop ringing the bell. It's really anoying, you know.
Voice Outside: Why didn't you say so earlier?
I unlocked the door.

Starring up at me was a little cat. She smiled at me. I smiled back. I could tell she wasn't used to speaking like a dog, so if it's hard to understand what she says, I typed it in parenthesis next to it.
Cat: Hellow! My nayme's Candy! (Hello! My name's Candy!)
Me: Hi. I'm Crystal. How come you're here?
Candy: I was just wundering if you'd like to play wif me. (I was just wondering if you'd like to play with me.)
Me: Sure. What do you want to do? I have a basketball hoop in the backyard if you want to shoot some hoops.
Candy: Okie dokie!
I led her around the house to the backyard. Snowflake was dozing on top of a tree limb there. Candy saw her, and immediately climbed up the tree. Snowflake woke up and turned to face Candy.
Candy: Meow meow merow meow.
Snowflake: Merow. Roar.
Candy: Merow meow mew. Purrrrr...
Smokey heard them, and joined the conversation. They continued speaking in feline language for half an hour. Candy had to go home, but she said that she would come back tomorrow.

I'm back! Now I should tell you about the other cat.
I was in the kitchen eating lunch when I recieved a hologram call (Like the ones in Star Wars) from Warp headquarters. I pressed the answer button. A cat appeared on the screen.

Her nane is Haley. She's been working at Warp headquarters for as long as I can remember. I think it's because she grew up with a Warp member, and wants to get involved with the organization.
Me: Hi Haley! How's it going?
Haley: Great! Warp's got a new mission for you.
Me: Ooh! Let me guess... Past?
Haley: Nope! Future! The year 2098, in fact. You get three other teammates. One's a newbie, so she might need a bit of help from an expert like you. ;)
Me: I'm looking forward to it. I'll be at the headquarters in a minute. Bye!
Haley: Bye!

The image flickered and disappeared. I reached down under the table and rubbed Snowflake's head. She was listening to the call too, and she used her teleportation magic to teleport us there. Snowflake has been earing magic pellets with her meals, which gives her the ability to teleport herself or other people.

When I arrived at Warp headquarters, I chatted with some of my friends that ended up as my teammates. Spark, Warp's leader, started the mission orientation. Some of the people introduced themselves, including the new kid.

New kid: Um... Hi. My name is Raindrop Barkmore. I was accepted into Warp about a month ago. I am in my sophomore year of high school, and I live in Wolfia with my parents, brother, cloud bunny, and deer. My Warp mentor is Pine.

She seems nice. After she introduced herself, it was my turn.

Me: Hello! I am Crystal Flutterton. I am 14 years old and I also live in Wolfia. I have five pets: a cat, three budgies, and a snow leopard. My snow leopard, Snowflake, has teleportation abilities similar to a deer's, so she helps me time travel. I have been a member of Warp for 3 years.

Everyone else in the room introduced themselves and Spark began to talk about our mission...
