This seems like such a cool idea, wow. I have a couple of questions though.
Do we need to write something entirely new for this or can we enter something we've already written?
Also do you only enter one piece of writing?

-We could link writing off-site, right? It wouldn't have to be posted on a Chicken Smoothie thread?

The number one author award is nominees not for a piece of writing, but an author themselves. A piece of writing must be included in the entry form, and that piece of writing could be ANYTHING. The one presenting the award will choose from the nominees the number one author/writer.

As for your other question, yes, you may. However, I will not accept it without proof it's your original work. For example if it's on DeviantArt or something, I would need to see some sort of indication you are you from Chicken Smoothie.
