Sure, David Tennant will always be my favorite Doctor, but Matt Smith comes in close second. I will be very sad when he leaves.
Why?
He's funny, child-like, and he can be both adorable and dark, portraying the loss and loneliness of being the only survivor, just like Tennant did. It took a long while for me to warm up to him, and I'm not too fond of that Clara girl, but he is rather wonderful.
Rambly, random, child-like, energetic, and he can never stay in one place nor stand being bored. He sounds a lot like me, when I'm not being meek and introverted.
I really hated when they killed off the Ponds ; they were just the perfect family with the Doctor.
Amy was sassy and poked fun at the Doctor when he wasn't poking fun at her.
Rory had to get used to him, but eventually would fight for the Doctor selflessly.
River was just like the perfect match for the Eleventh,
Rose wouldn't have gotten along well with him, only with Ten.
