about the work: The first one is about a family facing and suffering the realities of a living in a war-zone. I honestly don't have much of a plot in mind if I do continue this. Otherwise, I shall post here. But I highly doubt I will finish it.

The second one is about a teenage girl facing the harsh reality of being a college freshman. If I do finish it, I hope for it to follow her through her year at college and describe her emotions. I hope people can relate to it. ^^

About the Author[s]: This is something I've been working on for a strong two years. I have 30+ chapters written on a Word document, and I update every Friday night. So far, thirteen chapters have been posted, and I will soon host a celebration for making it through one hundred pages.

about the work: Of the Night follows the tale of Kali, a pet on CS. To us, Chicken Smoothie is a virtual website, but to her, it is very, very real. She faces a dangerous world where she is enslaved and traded from one owner to another, where fellow pets end up in the Pound for months, the streets full of criminals, and even animals have their own rivalries.
about the author[s]: Give it a shot - it may sound weird but I think it's going to be pretty good. Also, I'm portraying CS as if it were real - it's not my inner thoughts...I love CS no matter how it may sound in the story. ^^

I've updated the directory. I should make something clear:
if you list 2 genres, then your piece will be put under both of those genres. if you have a story that you think fits into more than one genre, though, then yeah, you'll have to narrow it down to two appropriate genres to place it under.

about the work: When eight friends set out on a harmless camping trip in a forest several miles away from home, they don't think anything could go wrong. Four are exchange students who were partnered with someone the school thought appropriate and in three days they'll be leaving. Their period of time together has come to an end and the camping trip was supposed to celebrate the time they had together and set in everyone's mind that they would see each other again. It was just going to be a fire, laughing, story telling, smores, games, stargazing and maybe some alcohol. Who could have thought it would take one thing to change all that; mushrooms.
