Myst was jolted awake by the sharp sqeaul of a rabbit being caught. She sniffed the air and froze. Besides the usual scents, and the rabbit's scent, there was another scent. One less familiar. Myst wrinkled her nose and uttered a soft growl. Humans. She heard their strange sharp voices barking at each other and noticed another scent. Dog. She could hear them too, whining loudly and sniffing the air. Myst knew she had to get out of the area. Who knows what would happen to her if the dog caught her scent. Luckily, the wind blew away from her. Myst slipped silently through the energency hole in the back of her den and glanced around caustiously, before making her escape. Windy! Myst froze. She had to warn him! She didn't know Titanic well, but the fox had been one of Red's friends and she had accompained Red to Titanic's den, before. She ran, trying hard to be quiet and not draw attention to herself. Her ears twitched fearfully. She gave a quiet sigh of relif when she spotted Titanic's den. Itwas like Whisper's, a hole in the ground, with several dens inside. She paused, wondering if she should do something that would tell Titanic and Windy that she was there. No She thought. There isn't enough time! Myst wriggled inside and barked a loud warning." Humans! They have dogs with them!" She spotted a few heads poke out of dens in alarm and saw with relif that one of them was Windy." Thanks for warning us" Titanic murmured to her. At her side, Windy cocked his head. "What are dogs?" Myst glanced at him." You don't want to know.Leave now! Go somewhere safe!" She urged them and whirled around to leave. A low growl sounded behind her." Dogs?" Thorn scoffed." I don't smell any dogs! In fact, I can't hear them either" Windy stepped forewards." I believe you" He said softly. Myst saw that his ears were twitching nervously." Don't worry" She soothed licking the top of his head gently." Your safe in here" Myst murmured a quick good-bye and went to Whisper's to warn her. A flurry of barks sounded behind her and she glanced back. Her eyes grew wide with alarm when she saw the dogs, large, lean bodies. There was about five or six.Myst relazed slightly when she saw them chasing a deer. She felt sad about the doe, but was more concerned with her friends safety. Myst quickened her pace.
Sorry it's so short! I've been busy!

"She said to me, forget what you thought,
cause good girls are bad girls
who haven't been caught,
so just turn around and forget what you saw,
cause good girls are bad girls who haven't been caught"
