Hai, I'm a writer and I'm going to give you a honest opinion! (I won't be mean, don't worry.)
1. Well, you use caps a lot. Maybe cool it with the caps? XD
2. Make sure you check spelling, it was kind of hard to understand because of all the mistakes. :3
3. You could be a little more detailed...
4. You explained their looks a little too suddenly. Example:

"Some where save my child,"replied Tessa her fur was pure white and shone like bright silver star dust even
in the darkest of places.

Instead of this, you could have made it:

"Some where save my child," replied Tessa. Her pure white fur shone like bright silver star dust, as it does even
in the darkest of places.

5. Again, make it clearer! It was very hard to understand.

CHAPTER 3 FRIENDS AND ENIMIES
"Are you ok?,"Asked Koper ,helping her up ,"Yes,"She whispered," fine thanks to you two,".
"Why are you here?,Do you come from the other clans? Are there more?,"The wolf questioned
"There are other cla-,"She broke off and lowered her head,"I don't know."
"I'm Stiran and this is Koper, I'm guessing you're an outsider if you don't know the clan names..,"the wolf cub replied.
"And in danger, sorry i almost killed you before,"Koper exclaimed.
"it's ok (IT'S OK?!), my name is Tera ,and i'm sort of lost, and you're right about 'danger' i almost died 3 times today,"she
said with a smile to her new friends.
"If you want ot live ,go back to where you came from!,"Stiran shouted out of a sudden.
"Excuse me?,"Tera said taken aback.
"YOU heard me, MUT!,"he groulled even louder.
Koper dropped his lower jaw hearning this,"Stiran what the heck are you doing?,"he whispered in his ear.
"Look behind her..."
Tera over heard and did so,Make this the 4th time i'll almost die ,maybe this time I WILL!...
