Hello there, Alawai and possibly other contestants.
I am dandyLIONscare, currently a non-owner. To be completely honest, I really hope that this girl will be one of my first
plumerians. I instantly felt a very deep connection, which I only have with one other so far, and have put everything I can
into this form. The design is simple but very interesting, which is something I look for from adopts. So thank you for giving
me the chance to try out, and congratulations on becoming a guest artist.

I hope you enjoy reading the character I have created today.
Oh~ And here is a song for you to listen to as you read.

As a child, Ariatea was a simple street urchin. She was a delicate little thief, with enough
charisma to talk someone out of their own life. She knew the game and how to play it, or at least she thought she did. Aria
never understood how outmatched she was in the world until much later in life. But overall, she was relatively carefree..
getting what she wanted and having it when she wanted it.

But then things changed when she meant her mentor Alisi.
Ariatea became hard, a cold stone killer. The world was her platter and she took what she needed to survive. The emotional
side of her was tucked away, not to be talked about and not to be seen. Alisi tried her hardest to get Aria to learn to detach
herself from reality so she would not be as emotionally open, so that if she lost someone in the middle of a mission... that
she wouldn't let go of the mission. Aria was the poster child to "trudging on when things get tough."

Though, Aria never imagined that she would get so good at blocking out her feelings that even her mentor being killed wouldn't
fully affect her until many years later. When she did find out, she was quiet and reserved. Aria focused on her work, on her
mentor's work... never stopping and never taking a break. But it deteriorated before her eyes, as her emotions started to seep
into her mind again. It left her broken, and lost. She wasn't sure how to cope anymore, she would wander the desert desperate
for something new.

Luckily, Ariatea was saved by a stranger in the desert.
But thats a story for later, don't you think?

Now, to describe Ariatea, you need bold and flavorful words. All the parts of her have blended into a special and beautiful
personality... of well a killer. A word that comes to mind when you bring up her name would be chaos. She is covered and
drenched in pure unbridled chaos. She is simply an agent of chaos, someone who delights in manipulating others, for advantage
or sometimes just for fun.She sets you up, then takes you down. A predator. A hunter. Aria is simply just someone who does what
she needs to survive in the world she lives in.

But yet, there is a spark of good in her.
You only see this part of her around some very special people, you might even call them her friends. Ariatea when she is around
these people changes ever so slightly. She becomes protective, and softly caring. She will listen to them, and try to help. Yet she
also has an odd competitive nature around her friends. But isn't that how it is with assassins?

The desert has always been where Ariatea has called home, even if the environment is mainly hostile and
the things that live there seem to constantly try to kill you. And to be honest, she loves her home. When she was born, she lived in
a small gypsy caravan that went to desert town to desert town. They traded goods and some traded services. Aria stayed with those
caravans until she accidentally got left behind in a larger city. So,thats when the streets became her home.

But when Alisi took her, the two lived in a weird cave system that was smack in the middle of the large desert that was seemingly
devoid of anything but sand dunes for miles. Something about those caves always felt... different. Alisi would say that it was
because the phantoms that taught her how to fight continued to reside in the heart of the place. It was a very interesting place,
for being an abandoned home for nomads. Though when Alisi died, Ariatea didn't feel as if the place could be considered her
home anymore. She had packed up her things and made her way through the treacherous desert.

The only redeeming thing was the oasis' that lie randomly in the daunting sands. The problem with knowing they are out there, is
that you see them constantly.. but most of the time they aren't really there. Illusions is a master trick that the spirit of the desert
holds over mortals. And sometimes you desperately need reality over those illusions.

When Ariatea was saved from her long exposure to the harshness of the desert, she was brought to a small town in the middle of
the desert. The place was about the size of any reasonable town here in the states. And something about this place was comforting
to her, it truly felt like home... for once in her life.

This is her home now.
She has a small little gypsy caravan to call home on the outskirts of the town she was brought to. There is enough room for her to
do her poison studies and her weapon crafting. Its her own personal space. Its her ocean in the middle of the huge desert. This is
where she feels safe.

Image
Since Ariatea has been in the desert for so long, she has a few ways that she has learned to protect herself from the ever
impending sandstorms.
Image

Image

There is a special thing about this particular cloak. To Ariatea it is a gift from her long dead mentor, a token of her love when she
was alive to teach and mold Aria. The thing that she was unaware of is rather big. Connected to the cloak is an elemental spirit, it
doesn't do anything other than help her not be burned by the viscous sunlight and harsh sands.

Image

Now this is an odd thing in reality, and most laugh but it really protects Ariatea in dangerous situations. The item in question is a
overly large tortoise shell. This is her emergency item, the thing that keeps her alive in a quick sandstorm. She will hide under
neath it, curled up in a little ball until the threat passes. Shown in picture above in the slight distance.

Image

And lastly, we have Ariatea's humble abode. The caravan that she owns is rugged enough to give her shelter during huge storms,
the ones that can go for more than hours and stretch miles. This is when she would rather be in her caravan than under the shell
or just wearing her cloak.

Alisi, even now, is an influential character in Ariatea's life. She rescued
her, and raised her, even if she raised her to kill. Alisi was like an over
protective mentor, and Aria was the naive student. She thought she
knew better, but Alisi was always the right one. Now, Aria has her set
of war fans and remembers her everyday as she wakes.
Image
The story between Ere and Aria is a super cute one. When Aria left
the caves after Alisi died, she wandered for days. And during those
days, a small sand fox followed her. When she collapsed on the
ground, the little guy curled up and stayed with her until help
arrived. Since that day, Aria won't let the little one leave her.

Image
The stranger who saved her from being swallowed by the
desert was Artisan. Artisan reminds her of her old mentor,
who died. She silently stalks her from the shadows,
watching her because the two of them did not really mesh
well when she had approached her. Told her "Tough luck
buttercup, everyone has problems." But somehow she is
still drawn to her.
Image
Meeting Raiko was an odd adventure. Sage had per say
"hired" her to find the whereabouts of her sister, and when
she finally found the girl.. something odd happened. Raiko
ambushed her, almost taking her out because she didn't
trust her. But the two got to talking and Raiko asked her
to keep her secret.. that she was living on that island.

Image
Sage, out of the sisters, is the closest to Ariatea. The two
use to butt heads, constantly having competitions between the
two of them. But now there is a commodity between the two,
they are sisters. Sage had deemed her as an ally, and now the
two each watch the other's back. Ariatea would protect Sage
with her life, no matter what.

Image
Azalea is an interesting character to say the least. And the two
don't always get along if you ask them. Azalea is a leader of
"decent and good" assassins. This is where things get interesting.
Ariatea kills for survival, but sometimes for pleasure. This is why
the two don't get along. But some days, Azalea will call her to
her aid.
Image
Azazael is one of the few people, other than the sisters that Aria
will talk to. The two met on a bounty hunt once upon a time, though
Aza actually completed the bounty. It was the first time Aria "failed",
so she clearly remembers Aza. But she has no ill feelings against
Azazael... she actually wishes to be friends with her.

I wasn't born into the most glamorous of lives. Caravans, dust, storms and hate. Gypsys are never extremely loved when they walk
into a town, always receiving dirty looks and people hiding their children behind them. As a small child, you don't fully notice it.
You can't understand the hatred that comes from the mouths of the "better" people. You don't realize that those people purposely
threw rocks or food at you.

But as you grow up, you learn. People are cruel, and you should only care about yourself.
It was oddly enough, around this time, that I was forgotten by my own people... By my own blood mother and father. The caravan
left me. They left me in a huge city alone where I knew nothing but how to sell things and how to steal. I was the common gypsy,
and it was all I knew. I was aware of how little of a chance I had to survive, how scary this real world was.

Three years. It was three years of running and hiding, stealing and trying to avoid being caught, before something bright came into
my life. She was the fire in the middle of the night, the sun after a long rain, and a home in a sandstorm. She was beautiful, eyes of
red and hair that stretched to the floor. But she wasn't a maiden, she wasn't some woman who needed anyone other than herself.
And yet, she chose me. A street rat. An urchin.

Alisi. That was her name. Alisi was a strong individual, but she was also a rather sketchy character. She had the occupation of an
assassin, someone for hire. Maybe that was why she choice me... she saw the potential I had at such a young age. I was barely ten
years old. Alisi had found me, huddled up to a fire that was barely a fire at all. I was shaking, freezing on that desert night. I was
filthy, riddled by sand and the elements.

Alisi had knelt down, and scooped me up as she whispered that everything was about to change. By the time she said that, I wasn't
afraid of anything... I had battled my way through surviving. Something about this woman, made me feel... warm. Alive. And not
forgotten.

So when Alisi gave me a home, I gladly accepted and began to train under her to become someone who didn't just have to survive
but could thrive. Ten years of training. Alisi and I became an unstoppable team, we never lost and we always were together. But
the one say when Alisi said she had other business to attend to... she never came back. I never truly found out what happened
other than getting an anonymous letter saying that she passed away in a battle of greater magnitude than she would ever understand.

I became lost.
I felt once again alone.

The time I left the home Alisi gave me, became a blurr. Honeslty, the only thing I remember I was waking up to a stranger's face.
And a small creature, my lovely companion curled up on my chest. It was the day when Artisan saved me and I realized it was not my time to die yet.
Something, maybe Alisi, was watching over me.. hoping I would survive.

And that is what I do.
I survive.
This has let me to meet so many people, and finally once again I don't feel alone. I think I finally know what it is to live, and I don't
feel guilty about Alisi dying any longer. I honestly just want to complete my work and try to make the best life I can have.

This is my story.
And it is only mine to tell.
