Yuleden Brennan Yorkshire is a bisexual cis male who is 22 years
of age. He currently works at an animal rescue shelter due to his
everlasting love for animals. Specifically, he is a veterinarian at
the shelter. If an animal who is in need of urgent care is found,
they are rushed to the shelter and Yuleden is one of the vets who
helps patch them up and whatever else they may need. If the
animal is in need of a home, the shelter also has a wonderful
rescue center where others can adopt if they would like. He
absolutely loves his job, and he couldn't possibly imagine doing
anything else.

ＷＨＹ ＤＯ Ｉ ＴＨＩＮＫ Ｉ'ＬＬ ＢＥ Ａ ＳＵＩＴＡＢＬＥ ＯＷＮＥＲ?
To a lot of people, in order to be a good owner you have to constantly be noticeably active on cs, which means participating
in the fanclub, roleplaying, etc. but to be honest, I'm not much of a cs character owner type of person. However, the fact
that my partner, leafie., who is trying out for peg, is a good friend of mine, I would like to let you know that we
interact outside of cs and have talked through our plans for these two a lot, so there's no doubt that we'll be headcannoning
and developing their characters further, as well as drawing and ordering cute art pieces for them. To be completely honest,
we're probably going to goof around quite a bit and compare Yuleden and Peg to like a meme or something. Anyways, I'm not
much of a roleplayer, but I do other things as well. I am currently a non-owner as far as plumerians are concerned, and I know
how "in demand" they are, so I would never take Yuleden for granted if I were to own him.

ＰＥＲＳＯＮＡＬＩＴＹ

Yuleden is probably one of the most kind-hearted and hard working plumerians you'll ever meet. He is extremely diligent, organized, and hates being late. Ever since he was a young child, he was always respectful and pushed himself to go above and beyond. He had to work unbelievably hard to get his job as a veterinarian, meaning snatching up any internship offers he could find online, helping to plan events for school, and even taking extra classes just so he can further build his knowledge. Constantly busy and constantly on the move, he often gets stressed out. He has a calming technique that has helped him get through many hardships, though. Whether it be stress, anger, sadness, jealousy, any negative feeling. First, he thinks about everything that makes him smile. Well, almost everything. There are too many things that make him smile. Peg, animals, chocolate, christmas, soft blankets, children, coffee... the list goes on and on. Eventually, while he's thinking about these things, whatever negative feeling he had before starts to wear off. Most of the time.

Despite all of the great things about him, just like other plumerians, he too has some flaws. For starters, he doesn't handle change very well. He has a specific way of doing things and has been doing them his way for as long as he can remember. Even the thought of drastic change terrifies him and he'll likely immediately change the subject. This is not to say he can never adapt to it, however, it just means that it takes longer for him than most. He can also be a bit overly opinionated when it comes to something he is passionate about. He tries his best to respect everyone's opinions, but when someone says something like "I hate animals" all he can think is "how can someone even dare to be so HEARTLESS?" He can't help that he feels the need to defend some things with everything he's got instead of just leaving it be.

Yuleden has quite the independent nature due to the fact he has had to build up pretty much everything he has right now on his own. He does however completely appreciate the help of his younger sister. She has been his dorky little cheerleader every step of the way.

Yuleden tends to be one who develops good habits when it comes to his health. While he doesn't get a lot of time to work out, he's constantly eating healthy and trying to push his sister to do the same. In fact, he was actually studying to be a nutritionist for a few months, before he decided that although it interests him, he doesn't want to do it for the rest of his life, thus settling with becoming a vet. However he did learn a lot about nutrition in those few short months, which meant bad news for his sister because he wouldn't let her buy junk food, and claimed he was "doing her a favor." However there is one exception, and that's chocolate. Yuleden really, really loves chocolate. All kinds of chocolate. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate with nuts, anything. He honestly just can't get enough of it.

It was mentioned in the first paragraph that Yuleden is very organized, but it doesn't stop there. Yuleden absolutely despises mess. He likes it when everything is neat, clean, and smells nice. That being said, he actually loves to clean. He never had to be told to clean his room as a child, as it was almost always spotless. He could never understand how somebody can live in their own filth.

When Yuleden sits down to get something done, he wants to get it all done then and there. He doesn't want to save it, then come back the next day, then save it, and continue doing that. No, he wants to do it all at once. Now for some things this is clearly impossible, but for the most part, if Yuleden sits down to write an essay, he will not stand up until that essay is finished and proofread at least twice.

Although Yuleden stays up late most of the time, he is actually quite the early bird. He sometimes wakes up as early as 7 am, just because he's not really one who can sleep in easily. Once he's awake, there is a very slight chance he's going to fall back asleep again.

Something important to know about Yuleden is that he can sometimes be a bit overprotective over the things that he loves. Most notably animals, his job, and his sister. Insult any of those, and Yuleden will probably give you a very long and tiring rant. These are the very few things that are able to set him off, and are completely separate from his usual kind-hearted attitude. He doesn't mean to hurt anyone, his heart is in the right place, he just can't sit back and watch anyone insult things or plumerians that mean so much to him.

As you have probably already guessed, Yuleden has always been an academics kind of plumerian, but how is he in things such as music, art, and things like that?. Although he absolutely loves to listen to calming music while he's working, he has never been able to find the time to pick up a guitar and learn how to play it, or pick up a pencil and start sketching. Whenever he's not working or researching, he's hanging out with Peg, as this is normally how he spends his days off.

ＴＨＥ ＣＨＯＣＯＬＡＴＥ ＣＡＢＩＮＥＴ

ＹＵＬＥＤＥＮ'Ｓ ＪＯＢ

As stated earlier in the first post, Yuleden works at an animal rescue shelter as a veterinarian. Ever since he was a young plumerian, he had always loved animals, but he never quite thought about having a career based solely around animals. He had always thought about those occupations that children think of, like an astronaut or cop or something, but ultimately, he realized where his heart lies; and that is rescuing and helping animals in need.

Yuleden has never really had a favorite animal, honestly. He adores them all. Dogs, cats, birds, penguins, it doesn't matter to him. He gives each and every single animal the love, care, and attention they deserve and will never leave one to fend for himself. That being said, his job can also be very emotionally draining. As you can imagine, him being a veterinarian, he is often faced with having to try and save animals who are dying, and if he fails at this, he doesn't take it very well. He often gets the smaller things, like a cat with a broken leg, but occasionally it's more serious than that, so it's not all just fun and games.

That being said, Yuleden is also often the ones who has to deliver the news. It's not always bad, though. In fact, more often than not, the news is good news, but occasionally when the news isn't so good, he has to remind himself to stay professional. That right there is hands-down one of the most difficult things about his job.

All seriousness aside, working with animals is Yuleden's favorite part of the day. Never has he once felt miserable while going to work, or felt like he didn't want to go. In fact, his job is probably what motivates him the most to get up in the morning. Specifically, Yuleden lives for the moments in which a happy owner comes to pick up their pet, who is now all better thanks to the hard work of the rescue team. It absolutely warms his heart seeing how each pet bonds with their owner in their own way. Not to mention every single day is a different day. Yuleden sees all different kinds of animals, situations, injuries, diseases, and it's quite fascinating really. (That is, if it doesn't threaten the life of an animal, of course.)

However being a vet isn't all "Oh yay let's pet some puppies and help them feel better!" It also involves a ton of paperwork, which you could imagine is certainly not Yuleden's favorite thing about his job. He has to keep records of all the medication he gives out, each pet's allergies, sensitivities, and anything else. Since each animal is different, it can turn into quite the headache to keep track of. But hey, every job has its flaws right? This sort of stuff would never scare Yuleden away.

ＳＩＢＬＩＮＧ ＳＣＡＶＥＮＧＥＲ ＨＵＮＴ
Yuleden and his sister, Peg, have this daily "tradition," per-say, where
Yuleden basically hides little to-do lists all around the house for peg to
find. They always did love scavenger hunts as children, so Yuleden thought
"why not make it a daily thing?" And so he did. He often hides the list in
silly places and gives her hints for where to find them because if she
doesn't have a list, she'll probably just wander around confused all day, not
knowing what to do. The types of hints he gives to find the schedules are
even sometimes things that she needs to get done, like sort her bookshelf
or something. Then he'll hide the list behind one of the books and it'll fall
out when she's taking them out. Yuleden doesn't mind doing this for Peg,
especially since they have been doing this for years anyway. Yuleden being
extremely organized and loves preparing things anyway, and if that's a
schedule for his little sister, then so be it. He doesn't completely plan out
her daily schedule though, he just hears her mention things that she needs
to get done, and he takes note of it to make sure to add it to the next list.

"Remind me again why you can't give me another hint?" Peg said to Yuleden out of frustration of not being able to find the daily to-do list.
"It's a scavenger hunt for a reason, Peg." Yuleden responded, not raising his eyes from the newspaper in his paws. "Remember, Peg. Don't overthink it. Sometimes the simplest things are right under your nose."
Peg looked down at the empty cookie butter jar in front of her. Yuleden silently watched her as she quickly picked it up and looked from the bottom to reveal a list, in the same messy cursive handwriting that Yuleden always uses. "Aha! Right under my nose. I see what you did there, Yul."
Yuleden smirked at his sister's excitement of finding the list, and went back to reading his paper.

ＰＥＧ ＤＯＲＩＳ

Peg is of course, Yuleden's younger sister. Although they are quite different from one another,
that doesn't stop Yuleden from constantly doing the absolute best he can to care for his sister
and to provide her with whatever she needs. He is always extremely supportive with her and
never pushes her to do anything that she's not comfortable with. He does act like a parent
occasionally, however, such as setting a junk food ban and consistently reminding Peg of her
priorities, but he loves his sister, and that's that.

ＡＩＳＵ

Aisu is actually one of Yuleden's closest childhood friends. He doesn't still keep in touch with a lot
of buddies from his childhood, but Aisu is an exception. Although Yuleden and Aisu are also quite
different, their differences don't really effect their friendship at all. If anything, it makes it
stronger. Aisu is more of a laid-back, "cool" type of guy, whereas Yuleden is more work-
oriented and can get stressed out pretty easily. They balance each other out, though. And hey,
he makes a great wingman.

ＮＡＴＡＬＩＥ

To Yuleden, Natalie is a very exciting and fun girl. His life is pretty mellow for the most part, so
he sometime stets to show his more wild side when he hangs out with Natalie. They haven't
known each other for too long, but Yuleden still considers Natalie as one of his closest friends.
Occasionally he can get frustrated by her stubbornness, but he can overlook that. It's not like
they disagree on a lot of things anyway, so it has actually never really served as a problem
before, and it likely never will.

ＴＷＯ-ＢＩＴ

Two-Bit is probably the best kind of friend to talk to when you're bored, lonely, or just need to
rant. They don't live too close to one another anymore, but Yuleden is often video chatting
or on the phone with Two-Bit as they both talk about their days. Two-Bit is part of the reason
Yuleden loves to reach the end of the day, because he almost always knows that he can pick
up the phone and talk to Two-Bit. When Two-Bit is tired, Yuleden loves to listen to whatever
nonsense he creates in his head, before he hears the plumerian begin to snore.

ＥＬＬＩＥ

Yuleden and Ellie are so similar, it honestly kind of frightens him. For one, she is quite the
goody two-shoes, she dislikes change, is very ambitious, and is a friendly plumerian who loves
to help out. The only major difference they have is that Ellie can be rather ignorant at times,
whereas Yuleden is pretty much always caught up with whatever big news there is. Yuleden
and Ellie are pretty close friends, and she actually reminds him of his sister quite a bit. He
is very supportive of her dream of becoming a talk show host and nudges to achieve this goal.

ＹＵＬＥＤＥＮ'Ｓ ＣＨＩＬＤＨＯＯＤ

Yuleden was always quite the curious and talkative child. Constantly asking questions, and never being satisfied with the answer. However young Yuleden was never one to let go that easily.

You see, as a child, Yuleden loved school. He looked forward to going every single day, and couldn't wait to learn something new. That's not to say that he didn't enjoy weekends, however, because he definitely did, but he never understood why so many children around his age were so negative about school, as he mostly had positive experiences. He was occasionally teased a bit and called a nerd, but it didn't really bother him too much. He was told many other young plumerians went through the same thing, so he just kind of brushed it off. Aside from that, he was always the kind of child to be the one to raise his hand frequently, but not to answer questions. He had no interest in showing off that he knew the answers, but more so to ask them.

Believe it or not, Yuleden did indeed have a life aside from school. For starters, he and his best friend, Aisu, were total nerds for those fantasy board games. Almost every weekend, they'd bike over to Yuleden's and start playing. Sometimes during the week, they'd say they're doing homework together but in reality they have their game set up in the basement.

Speaking of the basement, Yuleden had it completely decked out as his "secret hideout" (although it wasn't that secret). He was a smart kid however, and he knew this, so he had a back hideout. This one was behind their house, near the woods. It was mostly made up of wooden chairs, stacked up books, yoyo strings and bed sheets. It didn't look too beautiful, since Yuleden was never quite artistic, but it definitely held together. His "hideouts" were only for him and Aisu. Atleast, that's what the signs made out of printer paper and markers said.

Once Yuleden decided that Peg was old enough, he introduced her to his backup hideout behind the house. She had seen it before, but he never allowed her to go in. When she was around 7-8 years old, Yuleden was about 10-11. From then on, they had gotten a lot closer. Sometimes he would let her sleep in his hideout and even read to her if she was having trouble sleeping. Aisu wasn't too happy about him sharing the hideout with his sister, but he got over it eventually after Yuleden told him to literally "get over it."

I can't thank you enough for allowing me the opportunity to create a character for this plumerian and reading through my entire form. Although I am not the best poet, or writer, for that matter, I gave it my all and I can only wish all of the other contestants the best of luck as well, as I'm sure they will go to a wonderful home.
