PM me if you have any ideas!
You know what I hate about life? You get old. From a crying baby, to a curious child. Period. I wished my life had ended there. Being an new teenager, is harder. In fact, worse. I get sent to this boarding school, called Cartin Academy. My best friends, hate me. And guess what? I have to join the stupid cheerleading class, while I could just be diving into the water and swimming like a shark was after me.
Mrs. Cane frowend. She sighed. "My, my, girls. Show you're clumsy new friend what a split is."
I opened my mouth to protest. "I know what a spli-"
The leader, Alicia looked at me smugly. She slipped into a split. She flipped her hair and smirked. The other girls did what she did. What? Was this class a bratty place? I rolled my eyes.
"Now do it." the Alicia said. She smirked.
"Uh excuse me? How flexible do you think I am?!" I snapped. "I am a swimmer not a stupid cheerleader!"
Mrs. Cane pushed me into a split. You could hear a crack. I felt like screaming.
My legs flet like fire when I got up. "Excuse me, but I think you broke my leg."
"Now, Cassie, swimming is for guys!"
In this school. I thought. "I'd like to join it anyways."
Mrs. Cane frowned. "Let's see how Mr. Hoppins would think about this."
......
Mr. Hoppins let me into the pool. I raised an eye brow. All pairs of eyes came onto Mer. Hoppins and I. "Uh, well, this young lady demanded to be on the swim team. Uh- meet Miss Cassie Billow."
Guys rolled there eyes. They all muttered how I would be to slow. Fat chance. I thought.
"Are you sure Cassie? Wouldn't you like to join the cheerleading squad?" The coach asked. She looked familiar.
"I'm sure."
The coach smiled. She laughed. "Finally." she smiled. "Why don't we put you in front?"
I stepped into first place. I smiled and went into my position.
"Better not be slow, girly-girl." a boy sneered.
I rolled my eyes. "Yeah whatever."
" Fifty freestyle! Go!" the coach's voice echoed through the walls.
The water felt refreeshing. My legs seemed to feel better. I swam to the surface. I was amazingly fast, the boy behind widened his eyes as he saw me get out in about twenty-two seconds.
I realized people were watching. The cheerleading squad. I shrugged off the thought and looked away.
"Two-hundred butterfly."
I dived in. I felt the energy submerge into me. I pushed my butt down witch supported for me to breathe. My arms went onto the sides of my heads. I swallowed some air and continued.
It went on. It was refreshing and nice. I was glad to be back in swimming.
......
I walked into my dorm. I sighed. My parents had ordered a private dorm. Music blasted from the room on the left. A knock sounded. I grumbled. "Come in." I muttered.
Ty came in. "So how was the swim team?" she grinned. Ty sat on my bed.
"How was the cheer leading squad?" I grinned back. She had to do the squad too. But she did it earlier.
"Horrible!" Ty cried. "Alicia, she like broke my ear drums."
I wiinked at Ty. "You know what I think? I think that we are Alicia's target."
Ty smiled and lied down. "Duh! I wish I could join the swim team!" Ty looked around. She looked out the window. "Wanna hit the beach?"
"Totally." I pulled out my one-pieced swim suit and changed.
Ty grinned. "I knew you would. So I wore mine already."
"Predicter!" I teased as I pulled my hair up into a pony tail.
Ty pulled my arm and led me out my back door. I grumbled.
ALicia and her gang were there. She smiled.
Ty rolled her eyes. I at Ty's surf board. "Darn! I forgot mine!"
Ty shook her head. "We are going to try with only one."
I smirked. "Ok. " In a deep voice I said, "Fatality."
Ty giggled and placed the board onto the water. This was our way to get on. Ty tried balancing the board and stood on one side. I smiled. She was going to fip. I tried getting onto teh other sdie. Finally I stood up. We both were shaking. I frowned as a wave passed by. The board shook and Ty fell. Suddenly the board was unbalanced. I fell backwards. The water fell onto me. I felt the sand on my back. I sighed. Ty was caught in a guy's arms.
Ty laughed. She smiled. I ran toward Ty. I brought the board with. I tripped a couple of times. It is quite hard to run in the water with a surf board.
Ty smiled. "Hello!" she said. "Damon caught me." she frowned. "To bad nobody caught you."
I smiled. "I really don't care." The wind blew my salty soaked air.
"Look at Alicia." Ty whispered. Alicia was smirking at us. "I bet she thinks we are nerds." Ty frowned. "Thanks."
I shrugged. "When did you care about what people thought of you?"
"Um always!" Ty snapped.
"Oh..."
Ty looked at Damon. "Wanna get a drink?" she asked.
"Sure." Damon replied.
I watched Ty and Damon walk off, with Ty's surf board.
......
"You made us look like a fool!" Ty snapped when she entered my dorm from the back door.
I looked up from my laptop. "Oh yeah." I muttered not really paying attention.
"I'll just ahve to explain that you are the nerd and I'm not." Ty commented rudly.
My focus shot up to her. "What? Excuse me?"
"Nerd! You are! And Cassie, I hate that name!"
I winced. "It doesn't matter by my name! You think I like the name Ty?!"
Ty gasped. She slipped out of my room quickly. I insulted her. Our friendship had gone to an end bitterly. I sighed. It was time for pay back. Alicia had transformed my best friend into a witch.
