Part I-The Kingdom

It was a great kingdom. A kingdom high in the sky, towering above all else, and showered in magnificence. The kingdom had shining white buildings with the luster of the interior of a clam shell, and walls so high that they rose into the clouds. It was bright and beautiful and bold...and it was perfect.

This place was the land of the mighty celestial dragons, a small yet peculiar species who's primary goal was to help the unfortunate. Yet it never had quite been thought up of what would happen if the unfortunate didn't want to be helped. This was the problem that the newly crowned emperor would face.

The dragon was not all that bright, but spoke with words powerful enough to shake a nation down to its roots. He had an incredible way with words, which luckily for him, came naturally. But the thing he lacked and wished more than anything was the clever wit seen among some of his citizens.
