The year 2015 had just become the year and 2014 was gone. Everyone was watching the news in my family- it was around 3:19 AM when something like bombs were heard going off. We all had to find out and we just kept watching. It came on that Area 51 one made something and it was doing bad and wouldn't turn off and it sent sickness around- it wasn't a robot it was a medicine too cure Cancer, but it just made everyone sicker. They began to rot and it was like plague mixed with zombies. The news was saying they sent off a bomb and were bombing all the states that had gotten the cure. I never really new Area 51 was real, but I guess it was. They listed the states and provinces and I sat in fear as it listed Alberta, Canada.cursed under my breath as I looked at my mother who begins to cry. "Get too the bunker." My father said and turned the TV off as the cars, vans, and Alarms went off. We let people come into our bunker kindly. So they weren't gonna bomb the other provinces beside Alberta. I heard another shake of bombs- the military had a base just outside of Alberta, were they killing everyone off. I grabbed my blankets and pillows and everything I needed. I began to carry down food- we had lots down there, but just in case we were in here for years. Tornado sirens went off instead of Nuke since who nuked anymore. That meant it was close. I heard more sirens and then the ground shook and we had to rush down as the ground shook more and it felt like the earth just crumpled. We locked everything and we ran in the bunker. We had at least 12 of us. We had 5 of my family with the dog, and 6 friends and some strangers. Well whatever was happening. It was the end of the world, and whatever takes on from here is up too me.

I looked around sightly as I just laid on the bunk bed, it's been about, who knows how long it's been since the bombs went off. We still were holding. We had 4 of my family members alive and 1 stranger now friend and 3 friends alive. I looked around slightly. I missed my grandma- she died. I looked at the diary I kept and wrote in from day one and today, I forgot the numbers and days we have been here. I sighed slightly and looked at the ceiling before looking at my clothes. I heard talking and looked at the basically survival team we got- we missed lots of people, but we don't have lots of gas mask, or whatever those things are called. Lots of the population is dead and lerking around city's and everything. I just walked into the kitchen type place and smiled at everyone slightly- at least I'm not alone and dead. I know they didn't send bombs anymore, because they probably died as well, maybe not. I just took a seat and opens a can of beans and got back up too cook them. It's not,like we still didn't have power from somewhere. I finished the cooking and plated them and began to eat it while everyone was talking. "So Jaylynn- I mean Jay." My mother spoke slightly looking at my food and then me. "We were gonna go try find some clothes, so if you want too join Daniel" She said. Daniel was just another boy my age. It seems if he was my age. I was VERY young in 2015- so I must be who knows. I shrugged and eat my beans. "Sure." I said sarcastically as I would be forced if I didn't want to go- always. I finished my meal and went too the sink and cleaned the plate and walked too the room that held bunk beds. I slept on the bottom and the bottom had somewhat hospital style bed things- the railing so you don't fall off. I put my bunny hug on and my got my gas mask on and walked out of the room. "Well care we gonna go?" I said and looked at Daniel and he nodded and got ready and we said goodbyes and opened the door and shut it. "Let's go." I held my Chines dagger and pushed him up the stairs and walked out the door and shielded my eyes slightly as the sun was bright. I was stubborn so I haven't been out in a while and I hated going out. I just looked around as I walked off and didn't wait for Daniel. He ran up too me and looked at me slightly and I just glared at him and kept walking.

I just got into the store- seemed like a good quality store. Daniel opened the door and stormed over too me. "why didn't you wait! I had too-" He said before I cut him off. "I didn't want to wait just cause your're going pee on a tree." I said and grabbed my bag and shoved clothes in all shorts. I had shirts, pants, socks, shoes,underwear, and ya. Daniel finished and adjusted his gas mask and I walked over. "Let's just go and get out of here." I just made a huge mistake as plague zombie type things came at us and I sprinted out the building forgetting about Daniel. I stopped when I was far enough and looked around slightly shielding my eyes from sand that went flinging up. "No wonder he can't run." I said sarcastically and turned around and left without him. I saw some old old footprints and sighed as humans died out- and someone has too be making a fort of people, kids everywhere. A safe haven. I snapped out of he thought and scoffed before walking off. I got back at around let's just say 3:40. I got into the door and shut it after me and opened the door again and shut it again. I took everything outmost the bag and grew it in the shower and everything radioactive was gone. I hoped in land no longer did I come out. I walked too the door and came inside and smiled at everyone and threw he bag on the counter and got lots of clothes. "So wheres Daniel." My father asked me and I looked at him. "Well we got attacked. hen I ran out and I couldn't find him. He knows the way home." I said and walked too the bunks and laid down talking my bunny hug off and combat boots and laid on my bunk and yawned. I grabbed my blanket and slightly got up. I did have pyjamas so I grabbed them and changed and put my clothes in the hamper. I climbed into bed and covered up and laid down. Our backyard was the desert and our house was gone from the bombing. All from the mistake of Area 51.

I woke up and looked around- everyone asleep. I tiptoed our of there and walked in the living room and held my chines dagger. My sister is dating Daniel so I'm wondering how she is coping with him leaving. I heard bangs at the door and looked at the door. That was the wind. I drank some water before going back to bed and yawned and climbed into bed and covered up in the warm fuzzy blanket and closed my eyes and yawned again s I slipped back off to sleep. I woke up by the sounds off my mother and father getting up and talking to each other. I looked at the mattress of the bed above me and sighed as I got,up and they looked at me shocked seeing I was awake early. I smiled nod walked too the kitchen. I grabbed something to eat. A can of soup and I grabbed a pan and cooked the soup no longer did I bowl I and I began to eat. I finished and put the bowl away and went on to couch and watched Lucas wake up and then Sarah sit beside me and I smiled slightly. I heard a door open and I looked at the door like everyone else.

I just looked at the door when it opened revealing it was Daniel. Sarah ran over to him and hugged him. Daniel perked at me and then at Sarah, I just sat down in relief.as it wasn't someone we didn't knows at all. I heard the ground shake and I looked around slightly in shock. What the heck was that? I looked around and ignored it and grabbed my book and began to read it. I put the book mark in and got,up and looked at everyone talking. It's as just Daniel and my sister. My brother came in and smiled at me and gave me some bread. "Here. You should eat." I smiled and grabbed it and just ate it, chip sandwich. I kept eating and finished quickly as I was hungry. I walked into the bunks and changed into some nicer and newer clothes. I smiled and looked in the dirty and half cracked mirror and looked at my top- just a grey shirt and some black jeans with some newer socks and old black combat boots. I grabbed my mask and put it on and adjusted it and walked out. "Going out." I just walked out. We usually went out to find other foods and nic nacs. I walked it of the bunker carefully before yawning and coughing and looking around. In sigh was a plague zombie hat just like roared. I jumped back and turned around and ran south slightly. They had a supermarket and they gave food. That was a place that had loads of people.
