She's all navy blue with a blue-ish silver star on her chest. Her eyes are ice-blue. If there is shading (which would be nice), then the lightest parts of her are light turquoise-aquamarine. Oh, yes, and on one leg, there are silver and turquoise bracelets up about halfway up her leg, maybe a little more.
