You didn't give me his eye color so I made them white.
From what I can base off your description his wings are one white and one deep blue and his body is half and half.
Blue on top white on bottom right?
Anyways, I can make the wings thicker since they seem a bit...translucent.
I just like the way they look.
Zephyr looks so adorable!
Tell me if I missed/messed up anything on poor Zephyr here, seeing as the description was a bit vauge.

He looks beatuful!! thanks so much! I'm sorry I gave such a unhelpful discription. I should have told you more sorry. Ok so he looks good. But his blue color needs to be very much lighter,(Since his name is Zephyr, A soft wind ) and there needs to be bluee to the wings too. THanks so much!!! sorry if i asked to much!! I seem demanding sometinmes.... Oh and his eyes can be any color you think would look great on this guy. And i love the wings!
