this is my entry for maui's competition... it's based on my Fuchuridae lines... but something more feathery =)
I think it turned out to be a male... some lord or baron... ^^ but this is your choice... it could also be female...
I used the raven dog as inspiration... but added a little something of a peacock and a bird of paradise and kept it in the favorized colour scheme... I made it brown- purple.... I hope you like it that way?

ring on right eyebrow, pyramid piercing on left
glowing blue crystal hanging on the left ear/ fluff
ring in the left upper lip
gaiter on the left forehand
