I'm not sure how obscure this is given how quickly I found it in a google search but I'd never heard of it until I saw it in a list of Obscure Fantasy Creatures, this is a Hippalektryon! They are similar to a Hippogryph only their Front Half is a Horse and their Back Half is a Rooster! I got a little carried away with the feathers
