Robot Cop who stands around in town square watching over the city, accidentally becomes a statue for the pigeons to sit on. I think he enjoys their company.

here's the concept story ive come up with !
its the year 5078 and all human and animal life has been preserved by robotic suits and holograms, the cities however are run down and only few are left there to live. this once was a man aged 26 who worked in the police force in London , he lived alone in a small apartment complex with only his four budgies taboo (who was his best friend) coco, dee and pira as company . taboo is the bird who is perched on his shoulder and the others around his feet are his others. however now he protects his city using his robotic suit to catch those who choose to not obey the law , the government doesn't care about the country anymore so everything is going down hill , he is one of the few who is attempting to stop any and all crime
