Miara believes she was cursed as a child to be severely unlucky.
Grandmother taught her about lucky charms to calm her down.
Said charms only work for so long before becoming ineffective and she has to get a new one.
Old charms fill her apartment, over flowing into her garden and along any path/road she frequents
The luck/longevity charms have depends on the kind of charm. The longevity of a charm is also effected by the amount of unlucky things she comes across. It’s also effected by the amount of random unlucky things that would happen but don’t because she has the charm. (If that makes sense)
Horse shoes stay the luckiest the longest, around a month. They initially keep things that would seem very unlucky away, but then gradually begin to fade, leaving her with so-so luck around mid month.
Rabbits feet keep away smaller unlucky things, and last for around a week.
Four leaf clovers last seven hours at the longest but in that time keeps her safe from practically everything. Occasionally going as far as to completely turn her luck around.
Has become hopelessly lost countless times while searching to woods for four leaf clovers.
Is deeply afraid of pursuing her dreams of becoming a veterinarian, out of fear that she’ll wind up doing far more damage than good and killing every animal she comes into contact with.
Has an unwavering belief that she’s not going to be around very long. Especially since her charms seem to be burning out increasingly sooner than they used to. She’s got a feeling something big is coming. Regardless of this, she continues to fill her time with studying, reading, foraging, and trying to go about business as usual.
"There are two stars in the sky, and they're both planes."
Really though, just *Incoherent screaming*

I love this concept for her! Especially since i didn’t really have much for her to begin with. The design is now yours!
