Such a bright and cheery design. I really love this color palette actually, reminds me of lemonade. The concept for this character is a young girl who lives up in the mountains, she oversees the care of the fish that live in the mountain's rivers. She also has the power to manipulate water, which helps her guide the fish to where they're supposed to go.
