Bluepaw's tail lashed in horror. It was so huge. So big. So bright. She staggered backwards, blinded by the glare of the sun on the sea's blue surface. She flattened her ears and started to shake, terrified. It was giant. It was everlasting. Her eyes sparked in horror as waves crashed against the cliff. Why had she done this? There weren't any other cats around but she'd told herself to face her fear. It had been a terrible idea.

The sea, so strong and overpowering.
The wind, so harsh and stiff in her face.
The rain, beginning to fall.
The rocks, stumbling under her paws.
Her heart, stopping as she was thrown into the air.
Her mind, a whirl of panic.
Her eyes, terrified.
The waves, crashing over her head.

Although Bluepaw recovered physically from this experience, ever since she has been found less mentally stable. Often, she spends hours staring at the wall and shaking. The sea, even if only mentioned in passing, can give her a panic attack. Her phobia has been enforced terribly by her accident.

story: `Sealpaw snuck out of camp and down the rocky path to the beach. He had just had his apprentice ceremony, and he was so happy not to be a kit anymore! He got to the beach and rushed down a sand hill bumping his head at the bottom. He stood up and them froze.

'W-wow...." Sealpaw had been a very weak and ill kit. He had never left the nursery until he was 5 moons, and even then he had not gone very far until now! And now he saw the sea. His eyes shone and he ran in to the shallows gasping at the cold water. He stood still staring at a group of baby seals swimming along... he know there was something about them that was like him, even if he'd never seen them before. . Then the seals saw him and swam off. He stood there...

"Seal k-paw?!" He heard his new mentor shout. "What are you doing?" He jumpt up and to his mentor "The sea is amazing!" He said grinning "it may be, but so is camp come on!" They left and went back to camp.



seal paw/seal foot never told anyone about the seals until he met his mate mango bird, who loved it, but not as much as he loved telling it!
