Name: Twigspring
Gender: female
Prompt: Twigspring loves heather nectar. While not a filling food, or arguably a food at all, she still likes them. This warrior misses being a kit, as that was the only time she was really allowed it- so she could be made to swallow herbs. She is pretty childish and still sneaks into the medicine den for a nectar treat, whenever she feels down.

Twigspring will also go and hunt down the Heather plants that grow exclusively at the very edge of the forest, just near the cliffs. She will gently pick a flower and bury her nose in it, licking out the nectar and sniffing the beautiful scent. Unfortunately, she's allergic to bed stings, so sometimes gives herself away with the itchy red rash that spreads over her face. Marigoldspark can get seriously annoyed, as the Heather isn't very common or easily gathered. Once Twigspring fell partway down the cliff and sprained her shoulder, trying to reach a particularly succulent clump of blossoms.

prompt: zinc padded through the forest, searching for the familiar green leaf shaped like a pupil. his paws squished into the leaf-mold, getting a bit wet. at least a small thicket should be growing, rain just fell. he raised his head, opening his mouth slightly to catch any possible scent. a trickle of the scent found it's way into zinc's mouth, and his tail perked up.
he trotted along the scent path, the tantalizing smell of the yellow root making him drool. eventually, zinc reached a patch of the green leaves. his eyes wide, he unsheathed his claws and dug into the wet dirt, excited. he finally caught sight of the root, and taking it in his mouth, he bounded over to a nearby stream to wash the dirt off of it. when it was all clean, he sunk his teeth into the fat, juicy root, the spicy tang of it seeping into his mouth.
