You can find them successfully by:
Entering a quest that gives you new parrots as a main reward
Entering a quest that gives you rare parrots and items as a main reward
Entering a quest that guarantees a rare parrot as a reward
Using a Sushi item on one of your existing parrots
Breed with two parrots featuring ONLY the Red and White colors (you can change them to these colors with the Sushi)
Successfully completing the Snowy Night quest (avaliable at the last day of Winter)
Win as a raffle in the Freebie Hut
Breed with a Red-only parrot and a White-only parrot, guarantees an albino
Buy as a Limited Time Parrot in the Shop
Winning a battle on Hard difficulty
