Re: Transparent

I have a few.I did not mean to have so many names. This sylverae reminds me of ghouls, phantoms, y'know spooky stuff. So I have a smalllong list of potential names, most that are themed around that. They're not in any particular order, and the gender doesn't have to fit either... just decided which named sounded best for each gender.

  • Osseus - Male - Latin for "Skeletal" (Since the shadow legs have faint bones in them)
  • Ossa - Female - Latin for "Skeleton" (^)
  • Pallidi - Unisex - Latin for "Ghoul" (It just reminds me of a ghoul... like one from Tokyo Ghoul)
  • Vide - Unisex - Latin for "Phantom" (Sylveraes are sort of like half-phantom half-fox creatures to me, since they have body parts made of shadow, so I thought that'd make sense)
  • Fantôme - Unisex - French for "Phantom"(^)
  • Caeruleum - Unisex - Latin for "Blue" (Since they hold a blue rose, and they have one blue eye)
  • Messorem - Unisex - Latin for "Reaper" (Since they wear a mysterious, black, hooded cloak... which makes me think of a reaper)
  • Rhosyn - Female - Welsh for "Rose" (The blue rose... And because I thought that it'd be a neat name)

Now for some actually "creative" names if you don't like translated words or pre-made names.
  • Phantasma - Female - Combination of "Phantom" and "Plasma", also sounds like "Fantastic" (Phantom because of the same reason I said above, and plasma because the blue eye reminds me of plasma)
  • Phantomo - Male - Just a maybe male version of "Phantasma" (But instead of plasma it's tomb)
  • Icissa/Icisseus - Unisex - Combination of "Icicle" and "Ossa/Osseus", Latin for Skeleton/Skeletal. (The eyes remind me of water and ice a bit, and I would think that, temperature-wise, this sylverae would make sense to be pretty cold)
  • Fonoco - Unisex - Combination of "Fox" and "Monochrome" (Fo- for fox and the rest was just altering "Monochrome" to make a name that sounded at least decent)
  • Rhysoul - Unisex - Combined "Rhosyn", Welsh for "Rose" with "Reaper" and "Ghoul" (The combination reasoning is what was noted above)

I hope you like at least one of them. I can come up with more if you wish.
