The queen (Canis Vespa Formica) is approximately 7 feet at the top of her head, and 243.3 lbs with a 1 1/2 foot stinger at her rear. Her fur reflects the colorings of a bee. She has short fur on most of their body, but long fur grows on her neck and chest, her head, and her legs, of which she have six. The queen's tail is similar to the gaster of an ant, with a horn-like stinger at it's tip that spirals like that of the legendary unicorn. She have a proboscis-like tongue and canid teeth, as well as insect-like wings with the structure of a canine and the nose of a canine, though she lacks claws, which are typical to canids.
She has been noted to be capable of short spurts of flight, but avoids flying due to the toll it takes on her body. The wings have been seen to be mostly for purposes within the hive.
She can birth upwards of 300 eggs in a single day, and can be found with them piled around them.
The teeth are used to chew, while the proboscis is used to drain fluids from meat and even drinking glasses.
Her longer fur is very fuzzy, and rubs off a bit on things she touches. Aside from her subjects, this fur causes harm to all that touch it, she uses it as a form of defense in her territory, but cannot control when it is deployed, as it simply rubs off.
Her stinger is another form defense, with various needlepoint spikes on it, with tiny holes on it's surface and tip. She uses it more as a whip than a stinger, but sometimes uses it to kill prey, as it is filled with a deadly toxin created by glands in her tail. This toxin, when ingested by others using her prey as a vehicle, will be just as toxic, though if her subjects eat it they will have short spurts of energy, like caffeine to a human.
Her crown is actually a part of her body that grows on future queens when they eat a specially formulated goopy substance made by higher tier worker drones. It is used to show dominance and assert authority, but is unfit to be a weapon, as it is made as the same material as the carapace found on an arachnid, while the stinger is made of keratin.
The eyelashes on the corners of her eyes are actually antennae, and measure to half a foot in length.
The queen, along with her princesses, can speak both physically and telepathically, though when she speaks physically she doesn't move her mouth.
One other thing to not about the queen is that she is not decidedly female, and seems to be a hermaphrodite, we use "she" for convenience, with her permission. To her subjects, she is considered androgynous.
