why choose that gif; It shows the sun highlighting the silhouettes of the clouds in it's own hue, making it look like the sky is on fire. It is the only clearly visible thing in the image, sitting still on the horizon as it's reflection wavers.

it's as though the higher to sun goes, clouds move over the top and the light shining onto those below gets brighter. The sun rise, to me is a beautiful process of nature.

Maine woke to the sounds of construction outside of his van. He winced to see what was happening in the half-finished house, his contacts not in yet. His house was being built in this barren space, as being a traveling photographer wasn’t working too well for him and he had made the decision to settle down. He hurriedly dressed and opened the car’s door, walking out to see workers drilling in nails and painting half-finished walls. A bulk man in an orange hat called Maine over to him, ushering at the master bedroom. “We’ve gotten it done, sir. You should see the sun setting from here.” His mouth dropped open at those words; Setting? “No, no, no!” He said, wanting to cry. “It’s all wrong. I wanted to see it rising, idiots.” He stormed off into the unfinished house, running to the bathroom on the opposite side of the house just in time to see the ball of light reach the tip top of the sky. Sniffling, he sat on the wooden pallet boards and closed his eyes. Maybe the sun set wouldn’t be half bad at all.
