Nikolai - Celestrial Custom

Hopefully this is okay for my legendary custom - if I've added something that celestrials shouldn't have let me know and I can remove it. I just assumed that my imagination was the limit with the highest level. c:
Added: short hair, horns, spikes (shoulder and in mane/tail), long claws and metallic plating/scales on legs.
