First, we have some rules.
1. Do not beg an artist for a custom, especially free ones!
2. This sort of goes with the first one, but if an artist declines your request for a custom, do not pester them about doing it.
3. If an artist has agreed to do a paid custom, and they now refuse to do it, they MUST return the payment unless the person who ordered it said they can keep it. There is no exceptions, and this will result in the artist getting removed and possibly banned.
