Heatherstar stood at the cliff, only about a mouse-length or two from the edge, it had taken her what seemed like moons to get the clan mapped out, where the tunnel was where she’d build all the dens, she felt instant relief in herself, letting the breeze flow through her long fur, the sun beaming down onto her, it was nice to unwind after so many recent events, she found it hard to believe some spiritual cats came down just giving her lives, of course she always believed in Starclan but didn’t know they had that kind of power. She remembered the final life she had been given, her ninth life is what Hazelsky called it, ”With this life I give you hope, use it to guide your clan through the darkest of times, the thing is, Heatherstar was never a cat who was high on hopes, she just accepted things as they were and moved on with life, yet here she was.. near the edge of a cliff having some dead cat’s words ring through her head like the seagulls cawwing at the beach below her. She remembered her old life at the beach, now all her clanmates that hadn’t left because of the devestating storm either were still down there or dead, Heatherstar was thankful to be one of the few who survived. Hazelsky had always been a interesting cat to Heatherstar, the molly always seemed to keep a smile on her face and held a special place on her heart for all of her clan-mates, her hopes higher than the cliff, Heatherstar didn’t know how a cat could be so happy, and now the jolly friend of hers had been wiped out, but her memory still was in her head, from her white and light brown tabby fur to her wide blue eyes.. Heatherstar finally moved from the spot on the cliff, escaping her thoughts and heading to the tunnel to find the old Tidepool she would speak to Starclan in.

She sat near the Tidepool, placing her nose in the cool water, drifting off into sleep she woke up, infront of her was Gullstar, he had lost his last life protecting his mate and his newborn daughter. She dipped her head to him. ”So we meet again, Gullstar” she meowed, he nodded, ”Yes we do, Heatherfrost” he meowed back, his voice so quiet Heatherstar had to lean in to hear it, ”Heatherstar, remember? You gave me my 2nd life for Sacrifice” she spoke back, ”Oh of course, how can I forget?” he chuckled, Gullstar had a good sense of humor.. or at least that’s what he thought, but Heatherstar always rolled her eyes to herself, but she couldn’t anymore, disrespecting Gullstar would be the work of a Dark Forest cat, ”I wish for a Medicine Cat, just like Berryfeather was” asked Heatherstar, ”I just hope she can help the survivors who left the beach with their wounds..” Gullstar mumbled, clearly about Berryfeather, ”Maybe you’ll get an exact copy of Berryfeather if you want a Medicine Cat just like her” Gullstar mewed with a small chuckle, it took every muscle in Heatherstar’ face not to roll her eyes
