Elton is a sweet boy, let's just say that he's not that good at interacting with others but still tries his best. He tends to be slightly scared of anyone taller than him, which is pretty much everyone, but particularly anyone with a slightly intimidating appearance for example piercings. Having said that, he really tries hard to be outgoing and to make new friends but he usually messes up his introductions leading him to just walk away in embarassment rather than attempting further conversation. On top of that, when he meets new people he has a slightly intimidating interrogative tone.

He could definitely be described as slightly scatter-brained, he has a really bad memory and is super forgetful meaning he loses stuff all the time. Elton's brain works really quickly making him good at problem solving and being decisive when it matters, but not so good at talking in general. What usually happens is that because of the fact his brain is working at a higher speed than his mouth, his speech is so fast his mouth can't usually keep up and he ends up with words in the wrong place, letters swapped around and sentences that don't make sense.
