MAKE YOUR OWN FORM to win!!!
Ends on the 18th
Must put all details a regular form would have, but customize it's looks, name the coat, gender, eye color (not custom change)
give a story and/or personality.
You may make the form super pretty to your liking keep the theme Halloween, you may make the form colorful just PLEASE at least make the form bold, answer unique. It can be fancy letter or whatever just make sure u can see a difference :) rather it color or shape or size.
