Hey guys! Been a while since I've done a Chowlin, but I'm back with my third adopt as a guest artist!
This contest will test your writing skills! This is an unlimited impress me writing competition. I want you to create a beautiful written character based on the Chowlin you see! Your form should have a clear sense of personality, background, and it should have effort put forth!
You /are/ allowed artwork but there is only one image allowed, and it must not at all be the main focus of your entry. You are allowed unlimited extras that aren't artwork.
