ellis -- female • august 3rd • ? years old
ellis can come off as a bit intimidating and can be quite bossy, but she's got a heart of gold and her head's in the right place. she doesnt take well to insults, especially towards those close to her, but she tries her best to refrain from being unnecessarily mean. as the "oldest," she feels the pressure that most oldest kids do; to be an example to your younger siblings, to "lead" when the parents arent around, and to do everything you're told to because you get certain luxuries that your siblings dont. she can be a bit mean at times, but is generally very passive and friendly, and is always willing to listen. (you kind of have to be in a family of five.) she plays her part as the "oldest" sister well, she likes to think, and she always does her best to make sure her sisters are safe. she's a pretty even mix of elswyth and kenwei both design and personality wise. she likes to read fantasy books and is somewhat interested in the sciences, particularly plant biology.
jasmine -- female • august 3rd • ? years old
jasmine takes after elswyth the most, preferring tea over coffee and reading over watching a movie. she's definitely the quiet type, very anxious, and doesnt like to speak her mind very often. she feels safest at home, and in the company of strangers, easily becomes overwhelmed and starts to panic from all the what-if's and could-be's. she doesnt handle pressure well, but instead of lashing out, she curls in on herself and hides away from the world for awhile, just wanting to be alone. she likes gardening, but unfortunately is kind of terrible at it, and struggles to keep even the tiniest of flowers alive. both her mothers have encouraged her to try succulents instead, and she has much better luck with those, but she still has to be careful until she can learn better techniques and efficient gardening. she's very interested in poetry, but isnt that good at it quite yet. kenwei often sits with jasmine for hours helping her braid her hair the way it is, and one day plans to teach her how to do it on her own. until then, kenwei's happy to help.
erin -- female • august 3rd • ? years old
a spunky little thing, erin definitely took after kenwei more than the other kits, and she shows it too. she looks for trouble and trouble finds her, and she isnt afraid to speak her mind. when something bothers her, she says so, and heavily resents authority. she tends to run away from her problems rather than facing them head on, or explodes on whatever (or whoever) poked her about them long enough to make her genuinely angry enough to turn on them. however, she does have her soft spots; her family is the obvious big one, however she also has a (secret) interest in antiques and old black and white films/silent movies. she also loves older fashion, especially the 20's, and though largely a tomboy, isnt really that upset about wearing dresses or skirts most of the time. she isnt much a fan of coffee or tea; she much prefers soda, juices, and sugary water called koolaid that leaves a stain reminiscent of a mustache on her face.
