myo/custom rules
- Customs are exclusive for Staff. Myo's are for Staff and the General Public
- staff can make a myo for you! just ask <3
- make sure to get approval or i'll think that you illegally made one and i'll give you a warning!
- Both MYO's and Customs need to be approved by me!

HM System:

05 HM > Custom with up to 5 common edits
10 HM > Custom with up to 5 common, and 2 uncommon edits
15 HM > Custom with up to 5 common, 4 uncommon, and 1 rare edits
20 HM > Custom with up to 5 common, 6 uncommon, and 2 rare edits
30 HM > Custom with up to 5 common, 9 uncommon, and 3 rare edits, and 1 legendary edit

The HM's are ONLY to be created by artists, on the custom/myo/transfer thread.
they can only have the edits seen on the chart, and listed under the HM chart.
Proof needs to be shown, and, once 5 are used, you must gain another 5 to get another!
