IS THAT A TAIL!?!?
ignore my screeing in the background :'>
I dont know what to name her ;n; HALP!
There had been a time,
when dragons had populated the earth of which we tread.
They understood human language, and though their mouths did not speak their minds did.
Worked with us, and beside us, ever present ever strong.
or so it seemed.
Humans were a greedy people, always desiring what they couldn't have.
Even something they knew the dragons could not give them how they wanted it.
Dragons had the ability to fly, which was an intriguing mystery without the possession of wings.
But something that was more sought after in the eyes of a human, had been their more various abilities.
Some could breathe elements like fire, water, and heavy winds, while others left trees and plants, ice and snow, and sometimes burn marks with every step they took.
It started to become an abhor-ably common practice for groups of humans to gang up on and kill a dragon for strange, cult-like practices in hopes of receiving their power.
Wars began to break out between humans and dragons, causing great catastrophic damage throughout the land.
Peace was never made, the humans grew more tactical, able to slaughter dragons like never before, until the dragons retreated into hiding with what little remained of them.
Hidden deep within caves of the deserted waste lands,
high above and out of sight from curious and ungrateful humans,
resided a girl, peacefully gazing out towards the clouds below that shrouded the mountains and hid the dragons above.
She hummed to herself, and sat at the yawn of the cave, kicking her feet, her tail dancing behind her.
she was a beauty to behold, marked with the pail complexion and golden eyes of a water dragon,
a scale like a tear nestled into her left cheek was a sign of the blood that ran through her veins
the crystal gem that glistened on her throat bound her to the laws of her father's people.
Gifted with the fogging breath and forming of clouds, she was success that they had not looked for,
the epitome of what the humans had wanted, and yet what they had not realized they could have.
