1. Basically you can transfer whenever. No limit or cool down.
2. Growths are allowed items! If you own an item and want to add it to the growth just give proof
3. You can do it yourself or get an artist to do it!
4. 3 weeks is the official age of maturity so please if you are doing a pre growth make it known
5. Obviously don't harass anyone
