Nursery artists must follow all other rules set for artists as well

*Clutch Titles must be numerically labeled

*First Post must include name, gender, claim date, labelled links
to parents, grandparents, and siblings, link to growth (once posted), and a link to the owner

*Mutation and Inheritance rules must be rolled fairly

* For every hatchling, the artist can roll for a single chanced mutation following the percentage rates for chanced mutations
Artists can create personal clutches after being a nursery artist for a month and creating at least 4 clutches, but still must perform rolls fairly

~Rules~

General Rules:

*Activity in the Nytron Nursery must follow all species rules
*All posts on this thread MUST be clutch submissions or marks unless it's a staff member making an announcement.
*Remember, the Nursery is a free service and the artists are real people. Please do not contact about a clutch unless it has been 30 days since submission was posted. In this situation, please only contact Shadow Striker and NOT the artists or ~Phantom. Shadow Striker will make sure the clutch gets completed
*Majorly breaking rules or repeat offenses will result in a strike. Three strikes results in a ban. A ban can be permanent or temporary. Nursery strikes will be issued with discretion only by Shadow Striker and ~Phantom. These are not taken lightly. If offense is serious, it can result in an immediate ban or a ban for the entire species and not just the nursery.


Growth times:
Egg - 2 Days
Hatchling - 8 Days
Adult - Forever
Total Growing Time: 10 Days

Submission Rules:

*A user can only be involved in a maximum of two clutches a month. If a user has a nytron involved in the breeding, it means the user is involved as well.
*A user can only claim one clutch a month (up to two hatchlings in one clutch in the case of twins).
*If a clutch is not claimed within 20 days of the final growth being posted (so adult, or juvenile if pps), the clutch will go up for adoption
*Batches can be Female x Male, Female x Female, and even Male x Male, however if breeding two males, a surrogate mother will need to be listed as well. A surrogate can be any female of breeding age not related to either male. This unfortunately means that until the clutch is posted, the mother cannot have a clutch of her own. (In very rare cases, a surrogate may pass along a trait, colors, or markings)
*Submissions in which the parents are owned by two different users will always have two hatchlings. These can both be claimed by one user or split between both participating users. If split, it will count for both users as claiming a clutch for the month.
*In the case of twins, a user can put one or both up for adoption. However, if both twins are up for adoption, they cannot be adopted out together. They would need to have different competitions/forms/raffles/ etc.
*In the case of twins being gifted, only one can be gifted to another user, not both. The other must be claimed by one of the users involved in the clutch or put up for adoption.
*Proof of Permission must be supplied when a submission involves a Nytron not belonging to the user who posts the submission.
*Users must own at least one of the Nytrons involved in a breeding. Nytrons must be owned 30 days before breeding.
*Nytrons must wait until previous clutch is grown before breeding again.
*Cancelling a submission will not free a breeding slot for the month.
*A clutch can no longer be cancelled if an artist has already picked it up and is in their list (See Queue document linked in first post)The only exception is if it hasn't been completed within 30 days.
*If you are not keeping the hatchling then you may not tell the person who is keeping the hatchling that they cannot do this or that, or must have relations with your Nytrons.

Candy Shoppe Rules:

*Only six candies can be used per offspring. In the forms, an option is there for a second hatchling if it is rolled for or if there are two users involved in the breeding
*Twinsie Taffy, Growth Chocolate, and Single Squares don't count toward the candy limits.
*Only PPS Candy can be applied after the clutch is posted, however six candies cannot have been used on the hatchling already.
*Send a trade with the total after clutch has been posted, this way if a twin is not rolled, users are only charged for the price of the first hatchling's candy.
*When using Chance Chews, only vague style requests can be made for non pre-made traits such as custom lined fluff and mane mutations, custom lined complicated and simple horns, custom tail edits, and ear edits. Requests to base it off of certain animals is allowed, however, they will never be 100% accurate. Mane length requests are allowed, but specific style requests are not.

Submission Reminders:
*Please check the Queue to see if an artist has a slot available before requesting!!
*It is YOUR responsibility to ensure payment is sent to the correct artist. Please keep an eye on the nursery queue to see which artist takes your submission!
*Users can only be involved in two clutches a month
*Users can only claim one of those clutches
*Users can request certain artists, but if an artist is too busy or doesn't
feel they can do a proper job, they can deny the request. Artist's
reserve the right to deny requests for ANY reason
*If a submission is incorrect, a message will be sent to the user explaining why. If unable to be fixed, or is not fixed in seven days, the submission will be cancelled. It will not free up a breeding slot for that user for the month, however.

*Please specify who will be paying for any candy used, or if price is being split, etc.
*Double check parents are not related or of the same breeding gender.
*Remember to label candies correctly.

-Guarantees the hatchling having a chosen mutation from one of the parents
-Cannot be used for chanced mutations
-Up to 4 different Trait Treats can be applied for EACH hatchling

*Only one other Trait Treat can be fed if a Legendary Trait Treat is used as well.

-Roll for a specific mutation neither parent has!
-Follows the rates for regular chanced mutations
-Not a guarantee for a mutation
-Comes in packs of 1,2, and 3.
-Each pack counts as a single candy and works for a single mutation!
-Only one pack can be used per mutation, but can use multiple packs for different mutations!

Remember:
- Only six candies can be applied to each hatchling
-Growth Chocolate, Twinsie Taffy, and Single Squares do NOT count towards your candy limit, as they are applied to the entire batch.
-Send up to two payments to the artist. One for candy affecting the whole clutch and hatchling #1 and the other for any candy used if twins were rolled, that way an artist can easily deny payment of any candy to be used towards a second hatchling if twins are NOT rolled.

General Information:
-All mutations will be rolled for on http://www.random.org from numbers 1-100
-In order for a mutation to be "rolled for" the rolled number must be in the range of the percentage.
(Example: An uncommon trait from a parent has a 25% chance of being inherited. In order for it to pass down, any number between 1-25 has to be rolled out of 100)
-If both parents have the same mutation, the percentages are not added, but instead rolled twice. So an uncommon trait won't be 100%, but instead the range for 50% will be rolled for twice.
- For chanced traits, an artist can pick a trait neither parent has and try to roll for it
